Had a lost item that showed was at dingley. Called their CS who said it would most likely be there, they tried calling multiple times a day and could never get through. Went in and asked If they could look for it to get told no it’s not here. Wouldn’t even go look. Horrible attitudes. Finally found it. There.

The worst post office in Australia. It is a shame for Austrilia Post to allow the poor customer service - A lady served me with a yelling tone from the beginning til end and lack of any willingness to help and answer any question，cant even crack a smile on her face. One star rating is even overated.

Poor customer service. Were clearly annoyed at having to tape my parcel and they said “we expect customers to do this themselves”. Don’t understand why this was so frustrating they have packing tape on hand, it’s not that hard.

Don't appreciate having a delivery just dropped off at my door when it requires a signiture like unless you wanna reimburse the person whose delivery could possibly get stolen then do your job properly not impressed

This is a post office located in the Dingley Village Shopping precinct. It has good parking at the rear and there are public toilets available as well as disabled parking spots out front.

The Asian lady who runs it needs to work harder at being pleasant and friendly when dealing with pleasant and friendly customers. Try and crack and smile some time!

I experienced great customer service by this Asian lady who worked in the store. I had a package that needed to be sent out and she handled it with great care.
