I have been to the Aus post office Doveton several times and I found the staff there very helpful. Great service. I ordered some fertile eggs this week that cost me $38 and today it was delivered by throwing my parcel almost from 3 meters away by the deliver driver. One of my family member witnessed this delivery. Out of a dozen only 3 eggs were not cracked which are not good for hatching any more though. There was nothing wrong with the packing. The sender packed my parcel with 3 layers of soft packing material. Todays delivery was a poor service which i didnt expect from Australian post. Im really disappointed with the delivery.

I love Doveton LPO, the staff are friendly and efficient. I have a high regard for the lovely young man called NICK! He is so POSITIVE and attentive! He always advises the most economical way to post my parcels. I’m elderly and I tend to shake when I write, but this wonderful young man always helps me with writing out the address... He even helps me with my wheelchair, allowing me access in the shop! If I could give this Post Office more star rating I would! Well done on the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I just love Lesley and the other staff at Doveton LPO each and every time I go in there the staff always go out of their way to assist me as I sometimes have to use a wheelchair due to having Cerebral palsy and chronic pain issues. I can’t recommend these lovely people enough❤️

Very nosey. My son went to buy a padded Postal bag. I told him bigger than the one I supplied. Got exactly the same size. When he went back how big are the cholates. None of your business lady He normally never goes to a post office but I am recovering from a broken hip.

I don’t know the name of the lady who was helping me with my process. From taking photographs to attaching photos to the form, she was so kind and helpful. I really appreciate her kindness. Thank you for treating me so well …

While small, they are still big on service. From mail redirection to picking up missed deliveries, the staff are always pleasant and welcoming

Since the new owners have taken over the wait time is constantly over 8-15 minutes. It used to be 1-3 minutes. Why has this changed so much?

It's a small Post Office but the staff are excellent - polite and efficient but also friendly and very helpful.
