Entering to collect a parcel I was asked for my id. Having left this at home in another state I handed over a Visa card and was very sarcastically told “nooooo you need a license” I replied that my license was in my home town and turned to leave. I heard a woman laugh and the woman behind the counter said “yes thank God it’s Friday so we don’t have to deal with any more like her”. I hadn’t been rude, I had been disappointed, I didn’t take it out on the staff. I didn’t deserve to be publicly humiliated. Considering that the parcel hasn’t been delivered to the address on it, I hadn’t been contacted to say a delivery had been attempted, and there was no Attempted Delivery card left at the address, I’d say that Australia Post Dromana is really failing. The worst customer service I’ve had in a long time.

My Mail has been redirected to Dromana Post Office for over 2 years. during that time The people who work in the post shop have become my friends, I have heard disrespectful language directed at members of staff, but most people are happy to wait, or return later if it's busy. the people who don't like the small community shop should get on your bike and go where everyone is as miserable as you Happy New Year to All

Sam’s attitude is a disgrace to the Australia Post brand. When I returned to the back of the line to have someone else serve me, two other customers remarked that they only want 1 out of the 3 working there to serve them also. This speaks volumes on customer satisfaction at the Dromana store

I cannot agree with the other reviews on here as I found the staff to be so helpful and extremely friendly. Just moved into the area and was welcomed and they couldn't help me enough with re-direction advice and just general knowledge about the area. Great service

How can you give the people at a post office a bad review? They are usually understaffed and appear to me to work really hard. Don't forget, they are human also and have the same emotional set as their customers. I believe Dromana does it very well...

They advertise that they are open 9am-1pm on a Saturday morning. We arrived at 11.15am and it was closed and there was no sign up to indicate why. Appalling service. I’d give them no stars if I could.

Great customer service. Paul was a superstar at the counter and able to help us with lots of info about international deliveries to various countries!

Sometimes have to wait a bit but staff are courteous and helpful. Naturally rude customers will never be satisfied.

Rude and nasty people work here with the manager being the worst of them all. Use another post office if you can.
