The staff who work here are grossly incompetent at best. I had to go three times to get a passport with my married name on there, and it's still not sorted... Rude customer service and abysmal package "delivery attempts" which mean I have to pick up every delivery since it never gets delivered despite being home.

Lodged my passport application and paid for priority. When it arrived at the post office I presented my email along with my ID and the gentleman stated I had already picked it up the following day and that he remembered me picking it up.
