I have to say the current staffs at post office were the nicest and the most helpful staffs that I have ever met among all the post offices that I have been to. I am a small online business owner who sent a lot of parcels daily with AU post all over the places and Fivedock is my favourite place to send now. Years ago, it was a pain with previous manager and he often seems to complain a lot each time I collected my parcels. He was rude and impatient, he stated that it was extra jobs for them when I collecting my parcels. Now I am glad that I have met a bunch of all nice staffs there. The current staffs, manager Fiona, Sushama, Ann and Rusella are all very professional and helpful no matter how busy they were. They have never complained or hesitated to help me or any customers, even to walk outside to collect our parcels in parcel locker on street. They also provided me with professional advices and suggestions on products, benefits on postages using business account so it helps me a lot on my online business. Most importantly it’s their attitude, friendliness and smiles that just make our day better no matter how busy the queue were there. So big thank you as I do need staffs like you all to be deal with daily.

Have had issues with collecting my parcels. I have been to the post office three times where they have not given me all of the parcels they have in the back for me. My working hours do not allow me to be home to receive them and therefore I need to go to the post office (leaving work early to get there on time) and I have had to go back a get parcels that where there from the beginning… I have also has two parcels returned as I had no ticket and staff did not give them to me when I was in store to collect ones from the same delivery. Will have to back on Monday again as part of my delivery is still there.

I have spent so many days coming in and lodging mail, so I get to see how hard the team works here. They are kind, courteous, and really want to make things smooth for you. I can some days come in with dozens parcels to lodge and they make it easy. They may have to deal with problems outside of their control, like big volumes of incoming mail and Australia Post systems issues - but they do their best every time. Very much recommend.

If I could give minus stars I would. I had the most awful experience trying to obtain my newborn babies passport. The staff are rude, unhelpful and made the experience very stressful. Please take my advice and DO NOT go here for any passport related matters. I have wasted so much time and will not be returning again!!

Please try to educate your staffs on how they can assist their client in passport application. I have gone their back and forth 4 x to apply my son. They are questioning why my maiden's name and my current name are there. I ended up wasting 30 minutes of my time.

Exceptional service and experience from Susmua yesterday who helped me post a few packages and was very patient and kind. She showed me how to properly use MyPost, and set me up. Best Post Office I’ve been to. Would recommend asking for her service.

One of the least organised Post Offices around. I would have rated higher had they not decided to close on Saturdays. Management cited lack of demand as to why they are now closed on Saturday when in fact it was their most popular day.

It would be great if the parcel Locker section had some sort of shading/insulation from the sun. Sometimes you order organic stuff like supplement etc and the package would be sitting in the heat all day which isn't optimal

Would give 0 stars this place is a joke. How about employing people that will serve customers and speak English instead of huddling behind the counter speaking Chinese to each other …

Typically the staff here are great but I’ve had a couple of bad experiences with a woman here. Rude comments, impatient, threw my package out the back etc. Learn some customer service or get a new job.

Refuse to deliver to my house, now not open for the 4 hour window on a Saturday working people need to recover their parcels. You wonder why you struggle to make a profit.
