The service is rude. Slamed the door in my face and told me we were closed. Nothing changes. The lady at the counter is increasingly apathetic. Their own children worked like slaves lugging around trolley loads of early morning magazines. Their young son, given a stern word from the father for not working. It's a really sad, depressing place to be in even for the brief moment to get my sons passport. Wake the F up. 16-8-2023 Nothing has changed still have the same apathetic attitude towards people just wanting to collect parcels. I received notice from my post office app at 2.30pm parcel is ready for pick-up. I arrived the same day to pick up my parcel which the grumpy old man behind the count said said, "I will sort it tomorrow". Thought his wife next him would be a little more understanding but no she wasn't. I really believe the owners of this business are in it to make people angry and frustrated. I just want to shout beware when entering to collect parcel post.

Rude and unhelpful. They are a popstation drop point but don't have the pop station kiosk in place to scan the card. Popstation does not need your ID but instead uses your mobile phone for verification and the instructions are clear on the popstation card (scan popstation card at popstation kiosk). I no longer travel with ID locally, it's just not needed with something you have (your mobile phone) security verification. Rude lady did not want to help to solve the problem. Could of just looked at the parcel and seen it had a phone number on it (same phone number popstation do the verification with) and called the number. Why even bother to work in customer service when you are just rude and unhelpful. I hope the friendly younger lady working there does not pick up the rude habits of the senior staff member who is in charge of here.

Slowest, rudest customer service! Waited today and watched others served a head of me out of turn then my turn -no greeting, no hello, nothing but I heard “gimme it” about my parcel card in hand! I handed it over to be shot back at “come back at 5”. I tried to explain that I had received two text messages which I doubt he heard as he walked off whilst I was speaking 1. Saying it was delivered there and 2. Saying it was now ready for collection (both from different phones numbers) only response “it’s not sorted says 5” There is NO way I would return here to do anything other then collect parcels which I have no control over! Even then I’d prefer ANYWHERE else!

Customer service at this store is completely hopeless. The Indian couple were so rude, not only to me but also with almost every customer that was there. They always have that passive aggressive attitude. I saw a customer in front of me leaving the store today shaking his head. Do the owners even bother to read the reviews and improve their service? Why are you doing this kind of job if your attitude is like that?!! It's such a pain because I shop online quite a lots and all my parcels go there. Now I always have to check my emails after placing my orders to see if I can redirect them to another location. A smile does not cost you anything!!!

I have never once had a pleasant experience at this post office. The staff are rude and dismissive and every task seems like a hassle. I now redirect my mail and go out of my way to go to the karingal hub post office where the staff there is extremely lovely. Everyone, GO THERE INSTEAD. I suggest being nicer and more helpful to your customers. They are the ones who keep your business going and keep you in a job. And if you are so unhappy, as it seems you are, every time I go in there, then maybe you should think about finding a new job and stop taking it out on the people just trying to send mail and receiving parcels.

We went to lodge some parcels and also pick-up a parcel, first we had to take the lodged parcels ourselves to the holding area as "she was too busy". Also she didn't want to give a receipt as it is too much work. A lady next to me got told not to waste their time with her request. Also she didn't want to get our parcel and rather service another customer even though we were in-front of the line but she said it is too much work to get our parcel. A totally rude and unhelpful management and we will try and stay away as much as possible. Pity I have to give at least one star, otherwise I would give zero stars.

The WORST customer service I have EVER received! I have never been treated or spoken to so poorly. The Indian male refused to get my parcel telling me to come back tomorrow as he didn’t have time to look for it… SORRY ?? That is literally your job!!! Both the Indian male & female speak to you like you’re an inconvenience, even when making a purchase. So rude & unhappy. I try to redirect my parcels because their horrible, negative nature is upsetting!

This Australia Post outlet operates later trading hours that most other stores, which is definitely convenient for full time working locals. The tatts lotto station is quite popular here, with many residents trying their luck on a daily basis. The store layout could do with a bit of a tidy up and a rearranging of the entrance area to make it more spacious and inviting to customers.

These people are the rudest business owners I have ever met. In my long years of buying and selling items on Ebay, I have never encountered such appalling business owners! After today's experience I am now going to write to Australia Post Head Office Management to complain about their disgusting behaviour towards Australia Post customers. I've had enough!

Horrible service, it’s shame , I lived in Europe and there is much better post service. Australian post is disappointment. I waited for my package all day, and they even didn’t knock, they just sent me message, what my package is waiting at post office. Australian post has very poor quality of service. I came to the post office today to perform what i thought i was the simple task of mailing some Christmas cards and gifts for my Family abroad but unfortunately i was served by an Employee named Mark who made this the most difficult part of my day. Because of this experience i will not be returning to this Post Office

There is always such rude and arrogant staff working in this post office! Was in last week and they were speaking soo poorly of other local businesses along the strip of shops. Maybe look at yourselves before judging other staff and businesses, I think you will notice the issue stems from you and your attitudes!!

Don't have AusPost redirect your parcel(s) to East Frankston LPO. You'll be sorry. The people who run this place are rude and unhelpful. Going to stick a little note on my door to get postie to leave articles from now on in a safe place and if this is not possible to leave them at any other LPO but this one.

dont get passport photos done here!! Paid 19.50 for passport photos on Saturday, got told i had to lodge passport application at another post office - went to carrum downs post office and had to buy new photos as the ones beach street did, my son's face was too far away, useless!

The woman was so nasty and rude when I tried to return my Amazon parcel. I was polite to her and showed the Amazon instructions. She said no and walked away, I showed her again and she waved me away, ignoring me and serving someone else. Not good enough!

Excellent customer care. I send multiple parcels everyday, they are kind , patient and very helpful. Anyone with a Australia Post business account that' send parcels everyday MUST try this little hidden gem. Thank you kind people

I heard a male employee of this post office say, "you have gained some weight..." to a young woman this morning (Christmas Eve). How rude, inconsiderate and down right disrespectful! Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

One of the staff members, Mark, was very rude and not a personality that should be working with customers. Reading these other reviews, it appears to be a common occurrence. Probably shouldn’t still be employed.

Unprofessional staff, talking easily about my personal details. The lady there should take her work more professionally and seriously. Good point is the opening hours are quite good on a Saturday.

Item left at LPO without an initial card left at door or in letterbox. No follow up card sent out by LPO to come collect item. Chances are item has been returned as didn't have the item number.

Finally, a post office that is open after 5pm, to account for the fact that people are at work during business hours! If only other post offices discovered this seemingly difficult logic!

The new owners are wonderful and very friendly. I make several visits a week and they are always very helpful and efficient with excellent service! Highly recommend.

Don’t bother trying to ring this post office. I just rang them 15 times and they just don’t answer. For a Australia Post outlet it is simply appalling.

Please be careful and check your receipt when you purchase prepaid posts. I am not sure whether it is on purpose, but they charged me an extra time.

There phone number doesn't work, and there for can't call ahead and ask if a parcel has been dropped off for collection ❌️ would not recommend
