Incredibly rude customer service from what I believe is the owner of this post office. Regarding rude tone, voice raised, all because on my licence my living address did not fit my postal address listed on my parcels to collect, due to currently moving into our rental and the process it takes to change those details over. When asked if I could show a utility bill to confirm my living address I was able to present this via email (as we received our utility bills online) and the owner stated he needed a hard paper copy to approve this… this is my local office of 3 years living in Frankston and never have I had an issue there before. 1 star purely for the fact of how I was spoken to, in which I’ve proceeded with a formal complaint to Aus Post.

Appalling rude service, almost impossible to enter shop in a wheelchair as 60mm step at door, then when in shop so much stock no room to hardly get down aisle, eventually get to counter collect parcel that postman could not be bothered to bring to my house so left a card in letter box. then try and leave, large queue built up the way I came in and no room to turn round, as i was leaving couldn't get through the gap so knocked a display over. Manager follows me outside and shouts at me stating not to come back (with witnesses) dreadful customer service and total discrimination against the disabled, he should be removed from his role as manager. Formal complaint registered with Post Office.

Frankston South LPO Australia post should teach the owner, some customer service skills, Rudest customer service interaction I've ever dealt with, didn't acknowledge my name or address even though I had photo ID (driver licenc) and refused to listen to my explanations. wouldn't give me my parcel, I'd prefer if my parcels got carded to a different Aus Post outlet. Eg (Heather Hill) Some of the staff are friendly but most lack manners,

The ladies who work here are lovely, however the man who I believe owns it is an absolute pig. The rudest person I've ever dealt with, barely says a word just throws things at you and taps on the bench when he wants something. Needs a serious lesson in communication and how to treat the public. I'd prefer if my parcels got carded to a different Aus Post outlet.

I have been using this post office for the last 8 yrs ( from the day we moved to this suburbs) and I am really grateful for their amazing service!!! Always very helpful and go beyond to give the best advise on how to choose the best options available etc. Thank you Ben & rest of the team!!!! You all are always always amazing !!!!

Rudest people possible. They shout over the top of customers, and hang up on customers before you can even tell them why you rang them. I was put on 'hold' where I could hear her yelling at people in the shop and then she yelled at me on the phone. Revolting place with no customer service skills at all.

Many people complaining about bad service, just dont understand how posting works. Which i find odd because the system never changes. Be prepared, have your proper documents. Id and address ect. I find many customers are racist to the owners and staff. im sorry but the customer isn't always right.

Dingy little post office, not enough parking, service is slow, and the people behind the counter either need to find another job or start at least pretending they don't hate their job. Every single interaction I've had in this post office has never been a good one, staff are rude and dismissive.

Always busy, filthy, and the manager has zero customer service skills. How this centre remains open is beyond me. I’d rather travel to the proper post store in Frankston where there’s quality service- unfortunately there’s no option to change parcel collection locations. Avoid at all costs

Package ON BOARD FOR DELIVERY, not delivered. Driver claims nobody home, left a card. NOT TRUE! I waited at from my open front door until 5.30pm. NOBODY turned up! No card was left as was claimed. This is the second time this week that this has occurred. Very disappointing.

Terrible customer service. There's a young Asian lady that keeps on miscalculating the price to send my parcels and all the times is asking for $5/6 on top of the real price. A complete disaster. The man who seems to be the owner, won't be mentioned for the Kindness Award.

Heartless,absolutely incompationate post office i have ever been. I forgot my id (yes my fault) but i showed it on my phone but still didnt accept it. I will have my chemo as i told the person i have cancer but still no. i begged too just only for today but NO.

Worst service ever. Very incompetent staff. How they are an agent for Aus post is beyond me. I ended up paying money to have my parcel sent to another post office not to have to deal with these terrible people. Wish I could rate no stars.

Parking is always a problem. Very busy little shop. The owner is a bit prickly but if you work with him he can be very helpful. The staff are polite and very helpful. Pick your time because there is always a line to the counter.

Not surprised to see bad reviews. Bloke tells me it's too hard to take a photo of my son without even trying. I actually rang ahead, it wasn't a problem on the phone. We get down there and we're denied... 0 stars

The husband and wife who run this post office are LOVELY. What I have noticed several times I have been in this shop is how racist and rude most of the customers are!!! Keep up the good work Frakston East PO
