Consistently poor customer service. Yesterday was the last straw. they looked for a parcel I had to collect and told me it was not there and to come back later. The Postwoman then walked in and said yes it is there. They looked again and yes my parcel was there all along. No apology from them, nothing.

The service was delightful!! I had to send 3 separate parcels of varying weights and sizes and was a little confused about pricing from looking at the AusPost website. The woman who helped me was extremely helpful and patient. Highly recommend!

Not helpful chinese staff, very rude unable to read the detail, especially the chinese man, very pool service. It was a very small and old office with horrible service, try to avoid going there that will end up with frustration.

Went in to pick up 2 parcels they couldn’t find either under my name went home got tracking number it’s now been 8 phone calls still no answer. This is the third time I’ve gone to collect and they can’t find my mail.

I am calling right now for the 9th time this morning during the listed business hours and no-one is picking up the phone. Once or twice is fine... we all get busy - but this is just plain bad service.

I wouldn't want to leave a low star rating as its a bit unfair but post offices like any other business need to work out when customers need it's services - I can't imagine its between 9-5 mon - Fri.

Amy and the team always provide great service. I have been a customer for 10yrs and no issues they couldn't solve. It's a Local post office (LPO) not a big one, very personal service.

They lost my parcel/document. And were unhelpful when sending the item as well as when I asked them to help to find it. Worst service ever. And I have paid $35 for the postage.
