Do not waste your time here. I had two bad experiences in a row and haven't returned since. I sent a parcel overseas with various cosmetic items. I accidentally included a prohibited item, so it was returned to their LPO. Instead of allowing me to remove the item and repost it, I had to repay over $70 in postage after removing a tiny item from it. Another time, I sent a different parcel overseas. My options for tracking and delivery times were not explained to me and he tried to get me to purchase the most expensive option. There was nobody else in the shop, so he could have easily taken a bit more care and courtesy in his service. Double checked both these policies with Aus Post staff who said that was not normal. Basically told LPOs are a law unto themselves, and I agree. Go to the Business Hub or the Bay Street post office instead. Luckily my parcels go through the Business Hub as my address is closest to them. I cannot fault the staff and service at those locations.

Absolutely horrible when I went in on Saturday since the one on bay street was shut. I asked for my packages to have tracking since they are shipped overseas. I called them to ask about my tracking and whether the stuff was sent. They said stuff is sent but when I logged in the tracking number on my aus post app the tracking didn’t exist. I rang customer service and it only told me that the stuff is on its way to the location and not providing me a full update. I read my receipt and the stuff was processed as economy air untracked. Now I have to wait for my buyers to give me the message they received the stuff. Very poor organisation and processing. I will never use their service again.

Poor customer service, cold feel and not helpful. Got charged even though I had a reply paid slip. The postman behind the counter should take a more active approach to listening and assisting customers. Love going down to garden city but that post office is old and dated. What happened to customer service with a smile and eagerness to actually help someone out who doesn't understand or listen. Annoying that I got overcharged even though I had reply paid but it's a $12 lesson to not use them again.

The worst. Does not even bother to check if my parcel is on hold in the back despite me stating that I had received notification that it had arrived and was ready for collection. Did not know the procedure to follow up in what seemed like a discrepancy on their end and would have preferred, for the staff’s convenience that I came back to the post office on a day the manager was around. Not on. Who picks the people?

Rip off. Paid for an Express post pack then refused to accept it because it wasn't documents. Then refused a refund an tried selling me something else. Stay away!!!!
