Been posting with Glenfield PO for 18 years ... Steve and his team are great ... even had a phone call when a parcel wasn't collected .. helpful with passport applications .. never had one rejected .. so if you are told to re-do or get a new photo Steve knows his stuff and ensuring you get it 1st time. Can't think how many times I have stupidly gone to another post office or to end up back at Glenfield and its all sorted ... Thanks for your wonderful customer service

i had to collect my stuff from the post office because the delivery person could not find my place, which is strange coz my apartment building is very easy to find, its on the main road and 5mins walk from the post office. And the lady who works at the post office is very rude...everything about her is very very rude.

The male is okay but the lady there is kind of rude. I dont know if its just me who feels that way but she threw my envelop on the counter once and other times too she doesnt look happy working there. Never a smile, never a thank you. I dont like going there but I have no choice.

5 star service always from this post office. They went above and beyond in helping me express post a package before Christmas in the most cost effective way. Usually you get rushed through at most post offices but here staff are always helpful and friendly. Thank you!!

As we live local We don't have any other options other then using this post-shop. Worst customer experience every visit. The lady at the counter needs to learn what is customer service and how you can provide great service to her customers. Absolutely disgusting!

I had some difficulty with returning an item to the sender and I was under time constraints; but the lady at the counter was extremely patient, helpful, knowledgeable and went out of her way to assist me. Very thankful for such a great service received today.

I have been using the services of the PO for many years and have always been impressed by the pleasent, welcoming manner of Steve and his staff. Although not my closest PO, I consider it the best.

Very efficient service. The staff at this post office are very kind and helpful. Went out of their way to help us and our disabled son with our passport applications. Thank you Steve and staff.

Rude and unprofessional customer service. Avoid their service if possible. Went there to get a passport photo, the lady staff was rude and in a hurry. They even did not get the photo right.

I went here for passport photo. The service is fast. You can also call them first to make sure that they don't have issues with the printer or whatsoever.
