First time in my life I experienced such extreme unprofessional behaviour that it left me speechless! I went to the store this morning to take a passport picture of my 4 years old, the lady pointed to my son and asked him to stand in front of the white screen while the screen was rolling down from the ceiling! My four years old asked this is the screen that he needs to stand next to and the lady said “well that is the only one I can see so yes ..” while she was looking at her colleague and making faces! She then asked a small kid not to smile while she is taking the picture and how on earth do you expect a 4 years old to get you right the first time! She then said in a very sarcastic way “ahhhh how I love taking kids pictures”and held her forehead while looking down and behind her! She also asked me is your son always like this? That was the time I noticed I’m making such a huge mistake by standing there and letting her humiliate a four years old and myself! I told her I don’t want any picture to be taken as she is clearly not fit for this role and not fit to deal with kids! I also felt extreme racism behaviour in the way she was dealing with me and talking to my son! I am absolutely traumatised after this but I can also see how many negative e feedback this centre has received! They clearly don’t care about their reputation otherwise people like her wouldn’t be still working there! I made a formal complaint and hoping that I can get a reply

Most of the staff are friendly, pleasant, and helpful. Some seem rude, and are always grumpy. For example, I recently visited the store to obtain a Passport Renewal Form. I was then told that I had to visit a website to download the form. The woman serving me seemed annoyed explaining this to me. No appreciation that as passports are renewed once a decade that some people would not know that the process to obtain a new passport had changed since the last time they renewed it. On another time I used cash to pay some bills. First I handed some notes to cover most of the cost. I was about to reach into my pocket for some coins. Before I knew it I was rudely told that it wasn't enough to pay the bill. I retorted that I was about to give her the rest of the money. Then she made me feel like I was the one who was being rude. One wonders how these people fare if they are subject to regular performance appraisals, and their people skills are rated.

I don’t normally do reviews But after this morning’s experience The public needs to know how Rude & Unprofessional the staff are. And to my disbelief I’m not the only one ! There happens to be countless scores in the “masses” before me that have had the same experience. clearly an on going issue at this store that hasn’t been rectified. I’m used to polite professional customer service . This is not acceptable I will give “ ALICIA “ a shout out for getting involved in a conversation and escalated the whole situation. It was like listening to an uncontrollable Chihuahua that wouldn’t stop answering back and trying to provoke people All the way out the door of the shop. She is rude and Antagonising to customers and the manager should be embarrassed to have hired this sort of individual.

Counter staff is very rude. Was trying to send an international package and I was sent here specifically and called to make sure they could provide the service. When I arrived I was told I was unable to do so. When I've been back to other LPOs they are unsure why I got this response as it should be available in one of their biggest branches. I don't know if the staff was unsure of what they can do at this office but as it was my third branch I was unimpressed by the lack of knowledge from staff and finding out after going elsewhere that they actually can send international courier. It's possible your staff may need more training.

Staff are often very terse when interacting with customers. I always feel like I'm interrupting their day when it's my turn to be served. On my most recent visit I was next in line in the long queue. For 5 minutes I waited while the employee made small talk with another customer about a holiday, after the transaction was completed. This consistently impersonal experience only compounds my frustration with inconvenient parcel collection times (Mon to Fri only open 9 - 5, when most people are at work!!) and the deterioration in delivery times that came with the 40% increase in stamp prices. I loathe Aus Post.

I have never dealt with more miserable staff. There is one lady in particular (short grey hair) who is so horrible to deal with I actually get anxiety having to enter the store for anything. Today she nearly refused to bring out a parcel I was collecting because she deemed the box "too big for me to carry", and not in a polite, worried about my well-being way, but in an demeaning 'how ridiculous that you would come in without a trolley and with a toddler in tow' kind of way. She appears to dislike her job and shows open distain for every customer that walks through the doors.

I swear the staff - who are paid to help ppl - actively try to enforce an uncomfortable and terrible aura. Despite redirecting my mail and the Auspost app/email alerting me to collect my package I harshly told it wasn’t there. Woman barely bothered to check. I don’t have Karen yelling in my bones so I left. A lovely customer service rep later told me my package was definitely there and it was impossible to receive a message unless someone manually scanned it at Greensborough. Yuck I hate it here.

Had an extremely unpleasant experience today with a staff member at this store, which resulted in me leaving the store in tears whilst my 2 year old witnessed the entire exchange. Kindness is free and I don't understand why it is so hard for some people to show it. I am not one to leave negative reviews because I understand people have bad days, however looking at the other reviews it seems like it is an ongoing issue with this store. Really hope management take these on board.

The customer service is horrible! My daughter was saving her coins to deposit into her bank.account (ing) and the lady said no she didn't want to count it ($10). We had already put it the coins in a counted bag. The lady was rude and put a bad.name on Australia post in denying my daughter banking. Other branches like montmorency and Eltham never have a problem to deposit her chore money of $10 into her account. Shame on you.

Attended to get a parcel, Trish who served me was very rude. Whilst I was there, it was like I was ruining her day by asking how her day was. Then made a big deal that she had to go look for it. Also while I was waiting for my parcel, two other staff member were laughing at a customers appearance after they'd served them and had walked away. Can say I'm impressed by the customer service.

Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. I had a return label paid and for some reason the post office wasn’t able to print it. I said I’d pay to get the item posted and the lady REFUSED to post it, saying that “it’s ridiculous me paying again for something that was already paid”… Go figure why she felt like giving me financial advice without being requested to do so

Kim at the Greensborough Post Office Shop served us and we found her to be very rude and discourteous. Her attitude was very demanding. We were trying to transfer money which we will need to do again. Felt very traumatised by her unprofessional customer service and are afraid to visit the Greensborough post office again

The most friendly and attentive staff i have ever dealt with in the mail industry, i resell alot of clothes and shoes and accessories using these guys for mailing they have resolved any issue i have ever had, i go out of my way to come to this post office just for the grand customer service.

Saturday closed is absolutely unacceptable, how I suppose to collect my parcel if I am working standard hours Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.00pm?!? With all the unemployment accorred for Covid you could hire more stuff to keep your office open when simple workers like me needs!!!
