One of the worst Post Office’s I have been to. The people that work there are incompetent. 5 times my partner has had items awaiting collection at a PO box and there was no slip in the box. He checks the box regularly when expecting parcels and even when he gets an email saying its delivered, the next day he goes to pick it up theres still no slip! There was also a time he received an email that a parcel was delivered, there was no slip, he went and spoke to someone who kept denying that there was a parcel, even though there was an email saying it was delivered to Greystanes Post Office which eventually the worker went to the back and actually found the parcel...

Extremely poor service, imagine your partner can’t pickup and order so you have been setup as the alternate pickup on the aus post app and then when you try explaining that a small person at the counter tells ShOW ME AuThOriSaTiOn again and again, tried showing the tracking number and my ID, But she just kept talking over me, love it, to top it off she tells me I can’t find the package it’s not here, I go to the lady next to her, she finds it after I give the tracking number and my ID, I understand brain cells are hard to maintain, but that’s asking too much for a post office and when you give them all the info they need to do their job, how good.

The skinny lady with light hair she’s so rude and very unsympathetic . I don’t understand that digital DL from NSW service app is not acceptable at your branch? I was about to pick up my parcel but this lady was asking my hard copy DL which I don’t have it with me as I know mostly everywhere you go digital DL is acceptable . And she had the guts to tell me to go to RMS to get one , are you for real? What’s the point of the government creating this app to make it easy to all to have a handy digital DL so we can provide it easy when it needed but yeah AUspost Greystanes doesn’t accept it. She’s the rudest and worst with customer service ever.

Went in at 5:05pm today to retrieve a parcel (due to work schedule and a recent holiday meant the parcel was about to be returned) and the lady was so rude at the counter, she decided it was appropriate to scold me in front of the whole shop. I would never treat someone so abhorrently. I myself have worked hard all day missing lunch and somehow still able to hold myself to respectful standards in communications with others. In no way did she represent PROFESSIONAL customer service she has a job in customer service. FYI for the owner she was the lady on the left hand side when facing the counter.

I went in to send a parcel overseas, i ask what its going to cost me and the best way to do it.Gentleman behind the counter offers me a satchel, i fill it in and hand it bk and leave. two days later when i try to track it, it looks like its not going anywhere as the satchel is for domestic use, i go bk to the lpo, they give me a phn no. i hv been on the phone for 34 mins trying to trace it and get it sen t back to me, surprisingly no one even bothered to check the address when i handed it bk, or when it got sent to another depot , Great Going Australia Post

Horrible customer service from the 'manager'. Basically called me a liar and was not interested in assisting to resolve an issue which was due to the way staff processed my parcel. Long story short Diane arranged a usb stick to go to NZ using a letter only envelop. She said 'it will be fine'. The letter was returned to sender (me) as the content was not a letter. Issue not with Diane or other staff, just the way the manager handled (or didnt handle rather) the matter...dismissive and rude. I am sure if Diane was on duty, we couldve sorted this matter.

We are receiving fantastic service since we have started posting our customer's orders from 2017. Always quick and cooperative. The customer service we have received from the owners and their staff is above and beyond our expectations. As our business is growing,they are providing more services such as pick up in their own van. They have ahigh level of understanding of what other businesses need in this emerging online shopping market.  Awesome Post Shop we ever encountered with. Always recommended to all local businesses

Friendly and responsive service, very conveniently located. Have gone out of their way to help my business shift to more efficient logistics with eParcel and followed up to ensure the process is going smoothly. I was reluctant to change anything at first, but the support they've provided has truly been a game-changer. Communication for parcel pick ups is good & regular updates during COVID-19 have been very helpful. In store service they seem to be able to handle a very large volume with a relaxed and friendly attitude.

I have to say that I didn't have any problems with staff here, they were helpful and easy to deal with. Gave me all the answers to the questions I asked. Was getting my son's passport photos done, he was very well behaved and sat still for the photos when needed. They did everything we needed without any tassels at all. Received a collection slip from Startrack stating to collect after 4pm. Turn up at 4pm only to find that they've closed early, I was not the only person there with a collection slip with the same issue. Being Christmas Eve you'd think they would have stayed open for regular business hours. One of the staff members was at the front arguing with people about how she won't help anyone because we obviously didn't have to work that day unlike her. Exceptionally rude and condescending.

A fantastic family run business that has gone above and beyond to service our small business during these uncertain COVID times. We are so grateful for their help in ensuring that we are kept safe with contactless pickups so that we are still able to maintain the postage of our items and ensure the safety and satisfaction of our own customers. A huge thank you again for providing us with reliable, fast and efficient service. Highly recommend posting your items with them.

They usually say that you are an embassador of the place where you work. If this is true, then this post office is well deserving of more than 5 stars. Vijay, from the greystanes post office, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Patient.. helpful and resourceful. Always to the point, and always going out of his way to take our calls and answer any questions or solve any issues we had. Thank you!!!

Apparantly cant do contactless delivery during lockdown. As an over 60s immune defficient person I should not be forced to go to the busy shop to pick up my pharmaceuticals. Because the driver knocks and runs not giving me time to hurry to the front door. Everyone else just knocks and leaves on the front porch. Contactless and in line with the health orders. Why cant you comply.

Very helpful and friendly team at Greystanes LPO, this is my third year working with them. never had any issues, always i find answers to my enquiries. they do their best to complete each task as smooth and quick as possible. Truly the best post office branch that I have ever used. Friendly staff that helped cater to my needs as a small business. They also are quick and efficient and are a highlight for australia post as a brand. After having some trouble with my last LPOs this is an amazing change of pace.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Brendon is always on time with our pickups and Vijay has been very helpful with setting up our business account to get things moving. Great communication with Brendon and Vijay regarding pickups and queries. Overall excellent Customer Service!!

Most disgraced service I have ever received from an Australia post. Three people were standing doing nothing, but she (INDIAN LADY) refuses to serve me become I walked in just after 5 pm, and the door was open. My recommendation NEVER GO TO GREYSTANES POST OFFICE FOR ANYTHING.

Delivery experience from Aus post is very pathetic. Ordered a iphone to residential address and someone was at home waiting to recieve the parcel. Turns out the delivery driver just left a click and collect Auspost/Startrack card and left without even attempting to deliver.

Very disappointing service. Did not get proper information and instructions on how to go ahead with posting my phone back to a recycling company who had paid for all the packaging and postage required. Customer service was pathetic at Greystanes Post office this evening.

Vijay is so helpful as are the other staff members. Vijay always responds to my enquiries within an hour and won’t stop until I my issue has been solved. All the staff are lovely and friendly. I’ve been using them for a year now for my business and I have no regrets.

Super friendly staff and Brendon who collects my e-parcels is fantastic. Always extra accommodating and flexible with my pick up times. Vijay regularly checks in to make sure I don't need anything. They are great and they've definitely made my like easier!!

Busy post office. All staff are always knowledgeable, friendly and follow rules. Been coming here for years and I've sent and received hundreds of parcels without any problems. Just wish they had longer opening hours.

Generally rude and unhelpful staff. Dislike going there, but have no choice as the Parcel Post driver won't deliver parcels, just the missed delivery card.
