When you go to pick up a parcel they're fast and it isn't a hassle. However trying to get any information is a hassle. I ordered RAT tests online for fast delivery because I don't own a mask anymore and I'm worried I might have COVID. Classically delivery driver doesn't call or buzz my apartment and the update that I need to pick it up came 2 hours after they "attempted drop off". Attempted to ring this location to see if it was here and to get a redelivery after a 15 min wait on the main auspost line. Sent to voicemail every time and after a few calls it stopped dialing. I think walked to this LPO and found their phone was off the line so they couldn't take calls. There wasn't a line in store either.

Poor Rating For - Lying and charging the customer extra money for the mistakes he did. I am very disappoint with the staff especially the man working there who incorrectly printed 6 copies (total 24 pages) but I have requested only 2 copies (8 pages). He charged me extra $8.00 for the extra 16 pages which was his mistake and also he didn't tell me that he printed extra copies. Next day, I went to the LPO for refund and requested him to do so. He simply said, we cannot refund the money and saying it wasn't his mistake. Even I have the mail I sent mentioning the number of copies for each document to print but he didn't admit.

They are very consistent about their worst service. I had never ever received parcel at home, delivery boy never carry parcels and only put missed card in mail box. I called customer service many times but they says their delivery boy confirmed no one was at home. I had seen delivery boy just blindly putting card in mail box not even looking at if someone at home or not. obviously he will not check anyone if he did not carry parcel with him. AU Post really need to think about their delivery service.

Welcoming staff and very polite service. Postal service is fantastic, But DO NOT avail id photo clicking and printing service here. Staff are amateur photographers who click photos on an outdated DSLR in very badly lit conditions. Your photos turn out to be dark and blurry. Instead go to the PO at Macquarie Street, Parramatta. They have professional setup with cameras, tripods and lighting.

RUDE!!!!!! BAD Customer service, refused to release parcel addressed to a person at a business even though it was clearly addressed to the person enquiring. Absolutely Disgusting behaviour. Please re-think your work policies and practises. You cannot with hold mail from the person it is addressed to when your courier did NOT attempt delivery to the specified business street address.

Horrible service. I called about a postage enquiry and the lady i spoke to was very rude. when she picked up the phone she asked what i wanted and when I said an enquiry about posting an item she moaned and said thanks bye then hanged up...didnt even let me finish my sentence. This is why some post offices are automated, because of people like that. would give it 0 stars if i can..

Dear Team @Harris Park Aus Post I have used Aus Post Harris Park to lodge my Aus Passport Application and I must say that the service for Passport application was good however Passport photos was not good. I had my application put on hold due to poor quality of photo provided. I must say not very impressive and this means I have to go to Aus post for submitting my photos again.

The Asian man at the counter is very rude... doesn’t know his work ethics and customer service... he has the worst attitude and doesn’t want to help the customers.. Such people should never work at places like these. When you work at a post office you need to have a lot of dedication, positive attitude and an helping nature. I would give a zero for their service.

Outstanding, friendly and knowledgeable team who go out of their way to satisfy their customers' postal, banking and passport needs. I drive across Parramatta every day for the highest level of service I cannot get anywhere else in the Australia Post network. I could not recommend the Harris Park Post Office team more highly! FIVE STARS ALL ROUND!

5 star for very friendly service for my passport lodgement from this post office. It was truly informative and supportive to lodge my passport application on a priority to get it soon. Customer service was exceptional with care and staff were much delighted to address all our queries and clarify doubts.

Very poor delivery service if you could call it that, gets marked wasn't home to receive package when i was here and waiting all day,, no card in the letter box nothing, driver didn't even stop.. driver's just lie and mark as not home instead of doing their actual job, had it happen before as well..

I am a pretty regular customer of this post office. These guys do try their best to give customer a great service. They provided great guidance for the passport application and form submission every time i went there.. keep doing your best guys..

I sent 5 kg parcel to India staff charged me $80 for it. And after two months I sent courier of 1 kg they charged me $47 what is this? When I said what's the difference they didn't give any answer juat staff was smiling with each other?

The Asian couple that run the place have always been very friendly and helpful to me. My preferred post office when comparing Granville, Merrylands, and Parramatta because of parking and doesn't get too busy.
