Team is incredibly professional, even when I was a complete Karen because my extremely important parcel was lost (bookwork and reciepts.) It was detained at another PO but lost in the system, so no-one’s fault really and I’m just glad it’s back. Love my local PO. Sorry for the (albeit minor) tantrum.

When my parcel went missing and I complained, the team at the Church Street, Hawthorn Australia Post went over and above to find my parcel. When they discovered a slight mix up with the address, my parcel was delivered to me the next day

If one wish to get his parcel transferred to a specific post office nearer to home or work, one can call customer service at 13 13 18. Getting parcel transferred is very easy.

Absolutely awful service, won't let me collect parcels, won't let me transfer to other post office and couldn't even explain why - just said can't do it. 1 star is too much!

1 star is too much. Person who served me yelled at me for asking why my parcels don't get delivered to my property? Auspost you're a joke

The staff are really friendly and go the extra mile to help. I sometimes go out of my way to post my parcels here.

It may not be this post office's fault and I know Aus post are struggling currently.
