Usually the staff are very lovely and helpful, but one member working at the parcel desk seems to have decided that being condescending and rude is how she prefers to treat others. I went to collect a parcel this morning as I received an email stating it was ready for collection. The man helping me was lovely and tried to find it, but was unable, so I was asked to come back later in the day. I asked if it was possible to come back next week as I was unable to return later. They told me this was fine, and I thanked them and was walking away. As I was walking away the female member of staff, helping another customer, turned to the man and said very loudly "it helps if you read the slip". It is true that the slip said after 2pm today, but as I had received the email stating it was there I went in the morning instead. I am capable of reading the slip thank you. Which coincidentally says the LPO is open from 8.30am, yet did not open until 9am. Please learn how to treat others Ms, or perhaps take a position where you don't have to interact with the public if your attitude is so poor. Thank you to the other hard working members of staff, especially during these busy times.

We had all our parcels sent to our PO box in a different location, until a year ago we moved house and so now we get parcels delivered to our home. The delivery people are lovely never had any issues but when they don't leave them and I have to pick them up I have to allow 30-60 min as the line is always long to get to the desk. On one occasion I was sent away and told to come back even though the slip I had was from the day before apparently it wasn't there yet ‍♀️ and another time I was only given half my delivery, I didn't realise until I looked up the tracking on a parcel and realised they must have both been on the same slip. Also the address should be written on the slips to allow for smoother process. The other post office we use does this and I don't have to say it out loud in front of others either. I think they need to update and better their systems so alleviate the wait for customers.

We have been going to this post office for years and have a PO Box there also. I have always found the service to be extremely friendly until I (unfortunately) walked out very disappointed today. After I had been served, and was told to come back with more information another time, I hadn’t left the shop yet and my son and husband, who were waiting for me inside as well, heard the lady who served me speak very loudly and nasty in front of all the customers about me and my son to her colleague. Our interaction had been friendly the whole time, and always has been for years, and I was shocked to hear what she said. If you had asked me to rate the post office before today I would have rated it 5 stars as would have mentioned the friendly service, but you just can’t do this in front and about your customers. Appalling really and very disappointing!

Recently moved to Healesville. I receive everyone else mail that aren't on our street or even near my street and don't receive half of my mail leaving me with fines to pay as I haven't receive my mail at all to be able to pay the bill at the time. Never have I ever had so much trouble with a post office in my local area. I asked about one package I had sent back to the post office (due to incorrect address, the address wasn't incorrect when I picked it up) and they said they didn't have it over the phone. Went into the Post office that same day for them to tell me that they did have it waiting for collection but they never stated that over the phone or with a card to go to collect. Very poorly post office

Went into the newsagent part of the post office as it was just after closing time of the post office on Saturday. Asked for a book of 10 stamps and was told not available, turned to walk out somebody from the back called out and said they could help me with a book of stamps, at this point in time the woman behind the news agency counter said she could help me with 10 individual stamps. Why wasn’t this offered to me In the first place, all I needed was 10 stamps. Disappointing customer service as she would have let me walk out without stamps, I always find her not helpful. I usually take my business elsewhere as I find the whole place frustrating and unfriendly.

After the death of my father, my work sent me some flowers via Healesville post office. The box clearly contained flowers and marked espress post. Why then did they not deliver them to my door and instead left a card to collect. 3 days later my wife takes the card in and to her surprise there were the browned off flowers (no water) in the box. Rubbish customer service but what do you do when there's no competition

What a joke nothing I get sent never comes to the house I allways have to pick it up from the post office this is the 5th time in arow this has happened absolutely apolling effort won't be useing aus post at this location again its a joke also you won't get a card for it for 4 days after your stuff arrives at the post office I recommend toll if your in healesville youl get your stuff on time and delivered to your house

When I pay for delivery then I'd expect to have it delivered to my address but this isn't the case. Every package is to be collected from the post office which defeats the purpose of me paying a delivery fee to my address. If you can drop a postage pick up slip in my letter box then why not just bring the actual package specially when letters are delivered in car.

I've never had any issues from the post office until now. I understand times are tough and things are needed to be monitored but some staff being rude and treating people like their stupid or not explaining things themselves properly to make you feel stupid isn't acceptable. We are all in this together so please be kind.

Absolute joke advertising your open when your not. Some people work full-time and can only pick up parcels Saturday morning. No slip received to send anyone else to grab it. Xmas in less than 2weeks not good business at all disgusting. Only gave 1 star so I could put my review on deserves 0

Have been overcharged several times. Have lost my package now. Delivered stuff that needed signature but items were just left at the door. And what's worse these people don't care. Who gave them a license to operate? Such morons!

Absolutely useless. Lengthy delays and always unorganized. Recently received a ticket saying parcel was ready for pickup 4 days before the ticket was delivered. Hopeless!

Other than one lady, everyone else is bit on the discourteous side. They just point fingers for why they can't deliver even small packages.

Poor organisation, the packages are always disorganised and takes a while to retrieve. There is nearly always a queue and limited staff.

The lady owner is really nice but I've had some trouble with the other workers. Often really hard to find our packages, as well
