The worse post office I have ever seen. Lack of respect to customers, yelling and neglect. Very unprofessional postal service. The lady even yelled at me by saying they can refused to serve me after 7pm, terrible customer service. Well, why you open till 8pm on weekdays if you don’t want to serve your customer?Wasted so much time there and didn’t get anything done. Worse experience ever! I had enough of her attitude and decided to cancel the post. She refused to cancel it and then saying she can’t cancel it without telling me any reason. Horrible!

Brilliant people and service how dare anybody write otherwise obviously have had a bad day, as I have dealt with this couple being the owners for near 20 years and have nothing bad to say about them over 20 years is a good trot so I don't understand where you people that complain about them are coming from, they work hard to supply us with what they do and can supply, grow the hell up... Sad sad people.

very very rude owner，just collected a parcel. obviously the lady was tired and yelling for id without any respect. the post man allocate the parcel, not me. if you do not like your shop nor the job, do not do it. the gentleman trying to help, but it did not help. The lady was very nervous and rude to other customers as well. take a break for your customers experience.

The older guy who works here, Mr Personality and Customer Service superstar of the year. I received a more polite customer service experience from the rain sodden park bench out front of the store. He couldn't be more abrupt and rude if he tried! If you don't need post office supplies after hours I'd suggest you keep driving...

Family run business and they are so friendly. They don’t have all the facilities ie processing passport applications and photos. But they are great for sending and picking up parcels late as they are a mixed business allowing them to trade late for Australia post. Great store in the area

Came here because it was the only post office with extended hours on a weekday. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE that caused me a heap of trouble in returning an item on eBay. Attendees (I believe they were owners) brushed off every question I had as if i were a pest. Do not go here!

Worst post office. The old Asian female staff member was so rude and impatient. She yelled for an ID and rudely insisted on taking a photo of my ID for no reason. This is so suspicious as no other post office ever took a photo of my ID.

An Australia Post outlet with convenient hours so employed people can buy mail products (i.e. after 5pm) – amazing! Imagine how Australia Post could turn their business around by making it possible to do business like this everywhere.

Been there a couple times for post, they are one of few places in east suburbs available for after hours post service. The shop owner is very helpful and the process is smooth. They totally deserve a full star rating.

The young girl (employee) is really kind and sweet. She help me carry thing out and very polite. Not like the owner - the old man and lady, super rude and fierce. If you are not in a rush, DO NOT come here.

Seemed UN-Interested in doing the ID verification for my credit card application. Can be more professional. Good thing is they are open till 8pm n 9pm on various days.

I popped in to use the Aus post service & had a seemless experience. It's a bottleshop & has tatts facilities as well. I do like that they have extended hours.

Worst post office in Melbourne. Should not be licensed to run. Be sure to post here if you want your parcel to be lost due to their mishandling.
