Went in with a bunch of scarves for cancer ladies in Fiji doing chemotherapy and despite the sad reviews for this location , I found the ladies very helpful in choosing the right box etc . I immediately put the tracking number in the Auspost App and it registered within 1 minute that it was accepted and on its way.

I understand now why the ratings are so low. It seems like the whole community is pretty fed up with the costumer service in this post office. If I was the owner I'd have a serious think about who I have representing them. Its not that hard to greet someone with a smile, and say "Thankyou have a lovely day"
