Went to collect parcel. Found staff rude and hostile. Just threw back your ID card and parcel on the table after I signed. The man staff always talked loudly to the woman staff in a foreign language while doing their duties, making you feel uncomfortable and insecure because you did not know if they were talking about you.

My mum tried to pickup a parcel for me, the old lady was rude to her and threatened her that she wouldn't get it. I picked up the parcels few times before, didn't meet this kind awkward, I assume it'd due to my mum doesn't speak English. Feel sorry to my mum, will avoid visit this store anymore.

I don't think I have any unpleasant run ins like previously noted. Sometimes they get a bit busy or crowded but fair enough as it's a tiny location. Local postal with standard trading hours, usual services and I haven't had a package with a slip that they've lost or had difficulties finding.

The man and woman that work here regularly, are rude every single time I go into this place. I wont ever visit this post office again. I don’t even know how they work in customer services… Just go up the road to Carlton Aus Post, so much better service & much nicer staff.

Went to ccollect a parcel on Saturday morning just after 11.00 am, only to find it closed. Not happy. Not everyone can get to post office during the day to collect parcels, and vefore someone suggests a parcel box it doesn't work when you have to sign for your parcel.

Simply the best, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable post office staff anywhere. Offer services on Saturday mornings 9-11 as well as weekdays. Great service!
