I add the conversation scenario to justify their actions. Me: hi I received the package which was open, item is damaged but not missing, call centre advise to visit you and lodge a complaint. 1st customer service: was is delivered in lock box or open place? Me: open place 1st customer service: nothing we can do as no proof someone didn't tempered. Me: I have 24/7 cctv which indicates no one came after postman drop and I pickup less than 5 min. 1st customer service: it's illegal to use this box for send any item other than letter. Me: I'm just a receiver. If it's illegal post office shouldn't accept it. However I'm here to lodge a complaint officially not taking your personal opinion. 1st customer service: wait other counter someone will lodge it. 2nd customer service: it's open due to item push from inside•••• Me: I just want to make a complaint don't want to discuss how to happen 2nt customer service: you don't tell me how I will do my job, I will write what I found not what you want me to do. Me: are you writing it was open when I found or not 2nd customer: you don't advise how I write. Me: you need to write what my complaint about 2nd customer: sir should I asked you to leave or you listen to me Me: I may take leave as I don't agree with your explanation and I came to lodge a complaint which is not progressing. 2nd customer: print a post office call centre number. Me : thanks, anyway 2nd customer service: next waiting I can be 100% sure she is not employed by Australia Post. Any organisation regardless situation must pickup this types of workers and send them for further training or handshake. Only exception can happen if someone employed by a franchiser or a close relative of a owner. They ignore all the complain and protect those type of uncivilized person to stund Infront of counter. They don't have even self-respect I assume. Unfortunately, a vital service provider can do a little about that. I made a complaint about it and requested if they can access the video as well as audio record than they can even listen every word come out from her honey mouth.

In all honesty worst post office i have ever stepped foot into. I went to pick up a package as i was waiting in the line the man at the counter was speaking to a customer like she was nothing, telling her i told you to come here earlier this is time consuming and i want to go home to which the lady replied "im sorry but i have to work" He just huffed and puffed at her and kept throwing around little comments under his breathe. Than another lady called out across the post office this is ridiculous we close in 10 minutes and theres things to do out the back, making the lady feel even worse im sure. Absolutely disgusting how they speak to customers, if you hate your job that much just quit. I was lucky enough to be served by a lovely lady who just kept her head down and did her work. I suggest they evaluate their employees

My name is Ade, I'm a member for western union and today was served by clearly untrained staff whose name I don't want to mentioned. He asked me to fill in again new customer and updated details section which clearly wasn't required by western union for an existing customer and I ve called western union to verify that. This auspost personnel try to argue his point and told me in a rude way to go to other Wu agent. Now I won't be upset if the post office is not busy but it's so busy a lot of people line up behind me. I'm clearly disappointed with the manager who try her hard to protect her personnel. Anyway all other personnel like Trish dess Annie Scott are good and excellent worker but not this untrained staff , n that's why I give two star instead of none.

Deserves less than one star. Delivery instructions on my package were to leave it with my neighbour if I was not home. Post refused to do this and took it back to the Ingleburn branch. I called up and they assured me that my partner would have no issues getting it for me but they refused her twice despite bringing proof of residence and proof of identity, instead telling me to leave work early and go out of my way to get it during work hours. HOW AM I MEANT TO GET THERE IF YOU CLOSE AT 5PM AND DONT OPEN UP ON WEEKENDS? Absolute moronic staff behind the counter.

I have been coming here for many years. Sometimes the staff are not so friendly and other times they are very nice. It's a shame that they can't just be nice on a regular basis as they have a lot of customers. I understand it can get busy but that's not the customer's fault. Also it's quite annoying when you're next in line and they decide to stop serving and go out the back to do something they could wait to do until the line is gone. This has happened to me on many occasions. There will be about three more people and off he goes out the back.

Have visited a couple of times. The staff is courteous and friendly. Would highly suggest to use a tripod stand for taking pictures. The staff was holding a DSLR in one hand and the light on the other, both must be pretty heavy. The picture came out a little blurred and wasn't straight. I was given another take but still wasn't perfect and I didn't want to bother much. I wouldn't recommend getting pictures taken with this setup. They should have one like in Service NSW where things are set in a specific place.

Told the guy on the counter that i have to revice some money from overseas bcoz they have western union at the post office, the guy on the counter yells out to the lady next to him "what is it with people today? Coming here for the things that i dont know how to do". Other lady that works there comes to me and asks me "is that your money"? Seriouslyy?? Completly unacceptable behaviour by those guys at ingleburn post office... learn how to do your job idiots...

Very Rude staff had an appointment today 10:30am for new passport for my 2 year old daughter and myself as Staff was very rude and telling my daughter not smiling at the camera while clicking picture and then she said I have other appointment to look after. Kindly train your staff how to speak nicely to the customer. Definitely will not recommend anyone to get passport renewal or new passport application done from Ingleburn Post office.

The customer service is not human friendly. There are bunch or Robots operating with absolutely no human feelings. I drove all the way from North Ryde through heavy traffic where I work to collect an urgent parcel. I reached the door sharp at 5:00 when they were about to close. They didn't let me in even after several requests and explaining how urgent it was. Very upsetting as they could do me small favour. Absolutely inhuman.

do not take passport photos at Ingleburn post. I have darker skin but not super dark. Photo didn't get accepted by the government. Went back and ask if they can redo it since it was an exposure issue. Told me I had to pay again and wouldn't change settings to meet requirement. Alternatively office work has a system that auto detect the right setting and show you how acceptable it is straight away on there system.

The worst customer service. My son had his number plates dropped off at the post office but unable to pick them up as his away for work. Spoke with RMS and they said any family member can pick them up as long as we show proof of the same address. Well that didn't go down to well with Ingleburn Post Office as they still refused to issue the item over. Like seriously who do they think they are?

I like coming here. I've never had problems here. The staff are always nice, and the store has interesting things in it that are nice to look at. They can be a little expensive but it's not that bad, especially when these things aren't found in many places else. The lines can be quite long but they usually move reasonably fast. The staff are always eager to sort out any issues that I've had.

I always have good experience in this post office. I come here all the time to collect my parcel and all the staff has been very helpful and friendly. I guess if you are nice and not rude to them you will get the same treatment as well, sometimes I can hear some customer a bit rude and demanding and this place gets really busy especially in the afternoon.

I’m a long-time customer and Ingleburn Post Office by far has the best customer service, not only for individuals but Business also. Covid 19 forced many businesses into bankruptcy, but AusPost not only survived and dominated, they enabled businesses like Ripped Nutrition to thrive in a fight for survival. They’re 10/10 for all round service

Worst place or business anyone can imagine. I wish I could give them negative 5 star. They won't deliver to your house and you have to collect from them. They sent delivery note which says I can collect on Saturday but when I went there shop is closed. I complain many times about not delivering my things they don't care at all.

Would have gave 0.5 stars if i could. Bunch of staffs with zero knowledge of customer service working. They don't even know how to talk to people. Went to collect my friends parcel and got his ID and also the address written in the receipt but the lady refused to give me the parcel and the way she talked was really arrogant.

Very poor service. Bad enough, that I had to visit the Post Office to pick up my package because the postman decided he would take the easy option and leave a note rather than checking to see if anyone was home! Then I got a lecture about my id not being good enough. This is the reason that I'd far rather order from Amazon.

Haryanto is the staff person who assisted me today. He assisted me in completing all of the difficult steps involved in renewing both my wife's passport and mine. He knows what he is doing, makes the complete process easy, and is hassle-free. Overall, we had a five-star experience.

Overall poor customer service from staff at this post office. I have been going to this post office for nearly 2 decades and the level of service has been consistently bad every time. The staff there need training or need to find other employment that matches their poor attitudes.

Parcel delivered & left on my address which is not mine & a block away. I have to walk around to hand it personally to owner. Then I recieved a letter asking me to reply from AusPost the whereabout of the item. I wonder why some of my Parcel missing too.

Never an issue! Wonderful team, the manager is especially lovely. He was able to rectify an issue from another Post Office & provided that service to me free as he was correctly their error. What amazing customer service, you have won my loyalty!

Postie couldn't be bothered driving out to my address.. just phoned it in saying I did not answer the door knock.. both my partner and I were home at the time.. there wasn't a van or bike even in the driveway at any point.

Staff are always friendly and willing to accommodate to your needs. The older staff are exceptionally nice. However young guys that work on the weekends aren't so nice and not willing to help as much

Today 24.1.23 I walked in after 6 years in NZ to quickly renew my many high risk work licenses… an Asian lady (I’m so bad with names) was so accommodating and helpful thst it just made my day. Xo
