Very rude personality on reception.she said to me she is the owner and she can do whatever she want and I told her this is not the way to deal with customer in Australia even if it's your shop.she argue with me for minor things and I found she is very unprofessional and rude.bad experience....

Also acts as an Amazon Hub Counter. I came there few months back when they just joined the program. The lady wasn't familiar with the system yet (using the app) but we figured it out pretty quickly. I was the last customer of the day, but still welcomed with a smile. No fuss at all.

Not helpful, like to rip you off and send parcels to wrong destinations. Be aware and post your mail at Ivanhoe or another post office please! Edit: Had to go there again today, said they would be open until 6pm, by 4:30pm the door was already locked. Awful place.

I've been living in East Ivanhoe for over 20 years. Absolutely terrible customer service, I was disgusted at how rude and unfriendly they were, I don't plan on ever going back.

This has to be the friendliest post office I've ever been to. Genuinely friendly and helpful customer service, something I haven't experience at any other Aus Post shop.

Experienced genuine old fashioned service that is so hard to find these days, friendly and very helpful.

Friendly, reliable, helpful staff. One disappointment is early closing on a Saturday.
