I have been visiting this post office quite often to send postage quite often (mainly online shopping returns). The interaction was always courteous, nice and brief. When I was returning something on my own cost, I was always offered all options (lowest to expensive options) and I chose how I wanted to send the return. The recent level of customer service left me floored. So I decided to review them to let them and others know. I had just initiated an online return of package and went 15 minutes later to Kellyville LPO to drop the package. Since the return postage was just initiated, the QR code wouldn't generate postage label at the store. The lovely lady at the counter said she would take my package and contact details to try post the package later. She would send an email and ring me later to update me if she was able to send and if not, I could come and collect the package back. I wrote all my details in a piece of paper and left. Few hours later, she called me, the phone reception was bad and call dropped. She sent me an email with AusPost tracking details and note about successful return. She again called me the next day to let me know and I mentioned that I had seen her email. Few days later I even got an letter from AusPost with her handwritten note confirming the package was sent and she couldn’t reach me on phone. She probably sent the note when she couldn’t reach me the first time(the note as attached :). This is an excellent example of keeping up the commitment made to a customer, following up and great communication. Great work. Thank you.

I posted a parcel back in October 2023 to be sent overseas from Kellyville post office 4 weeks ago & the parcel was sent back to me because the post office in Kellyville did not lodge the customs declaration that I completed when it was sent from the post office. Annie the manager will not take any ownership of the error made at kellyville post office & wants me to re-send the parcel again which will take over another month to deliver. The parcel was for a very special occasion which now has passed. And by the time the parcel eventually reaches its destination it would be after Christmas. Kellyville’s post office incompetency and lack of ownership in dealing with the error caused by them and blaming Australia post instead of accepting the error made by the staff in Kellyville post office. The only thing Annie is interested in is up selling their services without providing any services to customers. I advised anyone sending anything from Kellyville post office to think twice about it as your parcel will not make its destination.

l visited the kellyville postoffice today to ask where the parcel was located after l found the parcel hadn't been delivered. whenever l visited the kellyville post office, most officers were very kind and polite, but only the person, called "Annie " , she was so rude and showing the disgusting gestures such as tapping the screen with the very fake nail and making annoying sound with talking to me very nervously with looking down attitude today, l said her calm down calm down, and asked her to speak gently. She's not totally professional at all, no matter how long she worked there, she's terrible, that's why only 3 stars on Google review due to the behaviour from her.

Somehow postie never ring the bell or knock, and goes straight to this post office. We stayed home all day to receive the items but no one came. This has happened in 3 seperate occasions in a 2 month span. When questioned, staff denies it. Lodge online enquiry, no action taken, status changes to resolved after 3 hours. Somehow food deliveries, other private delivery companies, coffee beans can make it safely to my door step, but auspost can't. All enquiries lodged, no action taken.

Incompetent people who have no clue about their job or customer service..So many competent people out there deserve your job..Go and find a job suitable for your personality…. I went there for sending a parcel over the weekend,Sent me back saying so many unrealistic reasons ..Went to another post office and sent the same box without any problem…

Most incompetent bunch of service individuals. Sent my partner twice to pick up 2 parcels and both occasions she was told the parcel wasn't there even after me signing off to say she is authorized to pick up. Then I go myself and they miraculously "find" the package. Most times they never leave a card or any info and the place feels like it's stuck in the 80s.

I have visited this place several times over the past one year and found the staff to be very helpful and polite. The elderly gentleman who recently took a passport pic of me and then my son was so helpful (sorry, don't remember his name). Most ladies here are friendly and helpful as well. Thanks to the whole team for their wonderful service!

This post office is worst delivery service. The delivery never show up at the apartment they alway send text message asking me too pick up at the post office. I have now lodge offical complaint for investigation. This happens all the time. The Post office phone number does not even work. Its alway busy.

Staff will ask if you want insurance, but not mention that it will only cover up to $100. Lost 2 smart watches i was returning and will only compensate $100. Australia post are utterly useless. Go with another courier service.

dishonest staff. I took my professionally-shot passport photos which were cut to the dimensions specified by the Australian Passport Office (35 x 45mm), and the staff told me that they were the wrong size.
