Staff are rude and have no customer service skills. They are rarely open on time in the mornings and the post manager herself will speak to you like you're dirt or an animal. Got told to 'go find another post office if i don’t like it' when I asked if it was necessary to be impolite. It’s a travesty that this is a national service being rolled in the mud by poor staffing choices. Get better staff @AusPost, you can do so much better

You just need to walk in and ask Leanne and the staff, they are like the walking dictionary giving you all your need. Do not forget grab your syndicates before you leave. Great variety to choose from....love the shop!

You need to update the times on your pick up cards you leave at people's houses so you don't waste there time when you are closed.

The staff is unresponsive even if you ask questions they just do their work
