Extremely rude man. Lied to me about delivery card service & person-to-person (for registered post) being 'cancelled' by Aust. Post. Had to go to another post office to purchase the second-half of the service i needed (which i almost didn't make in time before closing). Earlier he hung up on me when i called to confirm Saturday closing time. He shouldn't be permitted to have an LPO, his customer service was not just non-existant, it was appallingly detrimental. If i could rate zero stars, i would.

Rudest person i have met. I went in to send a parcel overseas, spending quite a bit of money. When we left, my son said the guy was glaring at him and said he was scared of him and asked if we could not go back. So along with being rude, he tries to intimidate kids. You hero. I hope you go broke, you don't deserve to be in business in a beautiful community like Mount Eliza.

Terrible service. Arrived and staff continued speaking their own language for over a minute before I asked if either of them were able to serve me. From there the customer went down. The man was rude, unnecessarily aggressive and demanding. All I wanted was to collect a package. An appalling representation of the highly prized Australia Post Brand. Zero stars.

Have been using this post office for a couple of years as Main one in Mount Eliza has long queues. The ladies are friendly but the man is woeful. I did see him once be friendly to an old regular so I gave him 2 stars. The best part if you can cope with the rudeness is it’s never busy! So for me the rudeness is a bonus as it keeps people away. Lol

Dreadlful experience. They made my 8 1/2 month pregnant wife who had our 2 year old in tow carry 2 large heavy boxes to the car and load herself. They kicked the boxes and told her off for not bringing her husband. They were rude, unhelpful and aggressive. Australia Post should strip them of the LPO - an absolute disgrace

What a sad and miserable place to need to visit… I would expect Australia Post could at least find staff who could acknowledge you… forget about polite and professional service…I don’t think the staff here got that particular memo!! Don’t bother with this business… drive the extra 5 minutes to Mt Eliza post office!!

Absolutely terrible and rude service. Will never go back here, they don’t deserve the service. Will deliverable drive further so these people don’t get my money. Auspost should look into this shop and have them checked as this is an awful representative for their business

If I could give no star I would, terrible experience! We just seemed to be an inconvenience. Too busy eating, grunted at us because we took a parcel in to post and then threw our parcel on the ground. Sandy not the first poor experience here. DO NOT BOTHER

The problem with wealthy suburbs is most of the people who live there are self absorbed and rude. Perhaps it’s the attitude of the people going into these stores acting so self entitled. I went there today and the lady was polite, pleasant and friendly.

This would have to be the worst serviced PO in Australia. The man and women are both very rude and aggressive. How they have a license is a disgrace. They don't deserve 1 star. Terrible people who should be ashamed on how they treat others.

Absolutley shocking service. I arrived BEFORE 6pm and they refused to lodge my parcels -- that had been paid for online. All they had to do was scan them. DO NOT BOTHER COMING HERE.

Such an unfriendly post office, yells at kids who are curious and saying hello, blunt and down right rude. Avoid it at all costs.
