This has to be the worst post office. I have phoned numerous times on why a small parcel with Tracking Numbers is still sitting at the Sydney West Facility since Sunday 4/12. Was lodged at Korumburra Post Office Vic on Wednesday 30/11 & it's certainly had plenty of time to be delivered. Aus Post don't even have the decency to phone me. Just excuses on the stupid virtual assistant systems... which is even worse.

Mark and the team at Kurrajong Post Office run one of the busiest LPO I have ever seen. They do an awesome job under the pressure of keeping customers happy. Thanks Mark and the guys/gals. Keep up the great work.

I don’t think the owner likes his job very much. My two year old son loved the bouncing egg ball they had for sale though. I didn’t buy it for him though, so now he hates Kurrajong LPO too. Poor kid.

Can’t be bothered with the ranting, Very rude customer service, very little care factor, far too many lies, and the excuses for undelivered items are simply pathetic and that matches the attitude.

Mark and his team have done a wonderful job in 2021 under the extraordinary circumstances of the pandemic. Congratulations and thanks. All the best for 2022
