Belinda, Thank you so much. I took 50 or so cards in on behalf of someone else that needed to be sent Belinda was kind enough to stamp them, seal them and send them. She even picked up on a mistake that was made by us and sorted it out. She said she had time and was more than happy to do it. (So rather than standing around doing nothing) she was kind enough to do this for her customer she could have easily handed me all the stamps and asked me to do it and kept her free time free but she put the customers need first. Thank you so much for such great service.

I come here after receiving terrible service at Mill Park and Uni Hill post office , the service here is first class and the people running it can't do enough to help you , perhaps Australia Post should send the ladies from the above mentioned post offices here for some training …

I see that Alistair has received many positive reviews and rightly so. He been there for years, maybe a decade now? He's consistently friendly to all, helpful and tries to get the best outcome for his customers. It will be sad if he ever leaves.

I drive the extra kilometres for the friendly and helpful service. The office in Epping is downright terrible. The people there are super unfriendly, grumpy and alway have long ques. Lalor office is the best. Thank you!!

I cannot give Epping Post Office more than two stars the service is terrible and the wait times hopeless - so therefore I do not go there I go to LPO and it is so much easier.
