Worst customer service ever experienced. The man working over there should in the first instance go and learn some manners/customer service skills to carry out his duties effectively. Shame on him to treat a La Trobe staff member and a past La Trobe International student this way. I would never recommend anybody to use this post office. I ended up going to the Post Office located in Summerhill and was looked after well over there. Humanity still exists. Grow up man and learn some manners.

Very rude staff. They don't even know they T&C of AuPost and treat you like you are dumb. Super rude, especially the dude. Do not go to this post office, they dont know anything and you will be mistreated. Also cleaning the office might help lol used this office many times, from now I will rather walk to the CBD on my knees than give a single cent to those individuals. Maybe change your job if you cant bear to have contact with customers and always have the worst attitude ever.

I can't believe that man can work here. His attitude is extremely rude and does not know how to respect or help students. I was once a victim of that guy when he made things difficult for me just because he wrote the wrong name (nickname) when ordering when he could prove it by other methods such as by phone number or email. It's really bad to experience the service here

Extremely rude individuals. Those two people have no etiquettes at all. They use foul language and are very impatient. *to both the individuals in this post office* If you don’t know how to provide an appropriate customer service, LEAVE THE JOB. I would give minus stars if I could.

Very poor customer service.... I lost my $45.00, as I recharged my pass by them, but when I reached at station, myki was recharged, and not refund or trail for me.. as I lost $45.00. Please be careful while u visit is shitest shop....

the LPO at Latrobe University has offered nothing but exception service to myself over the years. I got passport photos and the application done in a single session. The crew of this LOP go above and beyond for the academic community.

The guy who's usually there is very rude. Always giving you attitude if you pick up something late. Maybe change your ridiculous limited hours if you're going to complain about late pickups??
