Been here since childhood and nothing but unfriendly unprofessional service. Wanted to send a sticker internationally, literally a sticker in an envelope, and was told by Shaz that it had to be sent as a PARCEL, charging me $18 and asking me to fill in a form. I didn’t have enough cash so I left. Think about that. Shortly after I went to the Glenorchy post office and the customer service TORE the form up saying that we didn’t need it and the sticker was fine being sent as a letter NOT a parcel?!??Very obscure and unpredictable post offices that differ from each other, if only we had proper service from the Glenorchy one, people who work there and actually know what they are doing.

I can no longer frequent this Australia Post Outlet. After numerous attempts to go about regular Australia Post business I have had nothing but unpleasant experiences. As an experienced business owner the constant accusations that Post has not been correctly calculated (not at all the case), failure to be able to deposit funds (when this is no issue at any other local outlet) and just plain rudeness - It is always so hard to complete any kind of transaction here. There a couple of nicer staff members but overall this outlet really needs re-training and a complete overhaul in customer service.

Phoned today to check whether my express post parcel had arrived. I expected to wait a while as I have waited in the queue to be served by the staff & know it gets very busy at times, however, my call was answered on my second try and my query dealt with in a very friendly and pleasant manner by Annabelle. I happened to see the previous reviews when doing a Google search for the phone number so didn't expect too much but I was pleasantly surprised and want to give some balance to previous comments. 10/10 for my experience today!

I wish this wasn't my local PO. Opening hours make it pretty much impossible. 9-5 and closed on weekends. If you work, you simply can't make it to pick up any items that have been re-directed there. Extending opening hours by an hour at each end of the day would do wonders.

Really wish they would be open even for a couple of hours on a Saturday. I can appreciate not being able to open more than 9-5 during the week (even if that is inconvenient for me), but the total lack of alternative hours outside of that is very frustrating.

Rang them up and when they FINALLY answered the phone they just left he phone line open and did not talk to me. Tried to ring 15 minutes later and I am sure they took the phone off the hook so they did not have to answer it. SLACK lack of customer service.

The guy there gave me a very bad attitude, I mean extremely bad (maybe because I’m an non-white person), while being so nice to the other customers he knows. And he was trying to make things difficult for me, he must thought I know nothing.

Worst post office I've had to deal with. Guy is rude and unhelpful and the place is never open when it says it should be. After multiple wasted trips and unsatisfactory service I recommend avoiding if at all possible

The only post office that isn't open for even a few hours on Saturday. Real inconvenient if you get a package on a Friday and you work all day. Wish I could get it sent to Rosny post office instead. Not impressed.

Went in there today to send a parcel, the place was clean, the service was excellent, the workers there are excellent and really helpful. The new managers have given the post office a new lease of life!

My first time at this post office this week and the staff are really friendly and polite. they were very helpful with pricing. definitely going to this post office more often, i recommend.

The rudest staff members I have ever met. Lived and dealt with this post office my whole life and the most unpleasant service I have ever received in lindisfarne. Such a shame

Was extremely happy with the great service. Both the gentlemen were super friendly and even entertained my baby whilst we did my passport paperwork. Highly recommend.

Exceptional help in returning my husband's cremains to the US. Went the extra mile to make sure they had the most current regulations. Lovely people.

Never answers the phone or replies to a message that says “please leave a message we will call you back” …rubbish service

Don't bother trying to call, they just leave the phone off the hook. Very slack.
