I am not really happy for what is happening to my package right now, I don't know what to do, I Sent my package to Manila few days ago July 20th , I payed for 3days delivery because I want it to rush so my son will receive it shortly , and I also payed for door to door so I will not bother anyone at home to pick up my package somewhere .. But then after 5dAys my mother got a letter from post office far far away from my mother's area, and the post office want my mother to pick it up .. So I don't really understand what is going on.. Where is the 3days delivery? And where is the door to door delivery that I payed for. I'm in Adelaide now for 2weeks and I have no idea what to do, my son is waiting for my package .. !! It's already July 29 my package still not arrive!! I need help what to do!!

Terrible service Aggressively pushing for whatever new services they are running even when I clearly said I was not interested. "Just take this brochure anyway and take a look" is what they decided for me. Another day: When I showed my passport to collect my parcel, they asked if I have another form of id... is there anything more legit than a PASSPORT? How's that not enough? And then sure enough, they suggested I get their new Auspost card thing that can be used as id.. great sales skills girls Also don't understand why they were chit chatting when there was a massive line in front of them on Saturdays all waiting

So very upset. A parcel which i was waiting for months for came for me at home when no one was home. The person who came took the package away with no note in the letterbox to come pick it up from the post office. A wk later an email was received saying your parcel was delivered to your address. WHERE ?And you tell me this 1 wk later. Why did you not leave a ote in my letter ox the same day for me to collect it the next day? I still havnt received anything. I am disgusted. This is not good enough. Give me my parcel!

Fantastic team here! Margaret the manager was very professional, helpful and lovely. She helped investigate my missing parcel. She even called the other post office to check. I was very impressed. I sorry to read about bad customer reviews re: long waiting time on here but everyone need to know that the staff are very torough, attention to detail, working very hard and they would go above and beyond to help their customers!

This post office is always busy, no matter when you go. I think the staff do an amazing job. I noticed that many people have given a low rating but maybe that's because people only feel compelled to post a review for this type of service if they have a bad experience. So I wanted to say that by far my experiences have been absolutely positive, which I think is commendable given the constant pressure they are under.

The google review process is asking me what I liked about this: well, I sure do love queuing for thirty minutes, and I love rude, slow and incompetent service even more! I especially loved the part where they couldn't find my parcel and insisted that they'd never seen it despite me holding my blue "parcel received" note. The great thing was, I was treated to this process on two separate occasions! I had a blast.

Extremely difficult staff, more interested in avoiding being helpful. They prefer to justify their position with fake red tape, instead of solving non issues with common sense. It seems to be the culture in the Malvern Post Office. Unfortunately our missed deliveries end up there. I would choose the LPO’s every day, if I could. Much better service at the LPO’s.

After queuing for 20 min, the lady refused to accept passport photo from a photo booth for WWC form claiming colour was not right so that she could sell her own passport photo service. Photo confirmed to be perfect at another post office. This is my local post office but I'll never return.

Nick helped me apply for a new passport. He was the most patient, courteous, polite attendant I have ever experienced. Having messed up my application four times, he still said very nicely, 'don't worry I have bad days too. I will certainly go to this post office again. Thank you Nick.

Very Good Post Office. Friendly helpful staff. Post Office is very busy always. Staff attempt their best to resolve issues. With post and parcels not everything goes to plan - so patience and tolerance needed. Owned PO box for 40 years. Great team.

I went to Australia Post on Glennferrie Road in Malvern this afternoon after work. I had a man serve me and he was extremely rude. Don’t appreciate that type of service. I have never left a review in my life. If he hates his job then quit!

Considering how busy this post office always is I think they do a great job some of the comments on here say the place is a mess....well the only people who make the mess are the ones who comment not the staff.

Omar the male clerk was on a power trip. Rude obnoxious and plain arrogant. I feel sorry for the lovely Priscilla who has to work with that man. If you have the option choose another post office

Worst Post office Ever !!! They have no idea the place is a mess, and trying to transfer money to my sister, I just walked out.. they need new managers because they both have a bloody clue!!

So rude. You are providing a service to the public. If you are not comfortable doing that go home and enjoy your day. Why you have to be there and ruin other people’s days?! Just ridiculous.

Still waiting on them to find my parcel that was delivered their because I had a collection slip that was left in my P.O. Box and when I went in the couldn’t find it

Told me to wait a couple minutes because I didn't have a booking for an identity verification. Turned out it was more than 30 and they just kept serving other people

I'd give this place a zero if I could. Inflexible staff who treat there customers like dirt and have no idea about what good customer service looks like. AVOID!!

Rude staff, come in happy and left angry, I didn’t come in with the correct paperwork which is fair but the way they told me was appalling.

Marina was amazingly helpful with some messy passport renewals. Aus Post needs to add more staff on the weekends however!
