This post office it is in a Wounderful location, and used to have good staff. But last few month the owners hired new employees- not - trained - and one of the them ( Fat one) is very rude and Bossy . She is very rude and they do not know the customer service. I like the owners.The owners are very knowledgeable- nice and polite. I give the owners 4 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ When owners work together : no issues ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ with any thing. One of the new employees is very rude pretend being to be nice, and know it all. I feel this change of employees are not benefiting this business. Very rude new employee- not trained - not knowing - the process and products. Always the line is too long due to incompetence of these new employees for the last few weeks. The attitude of new employee is really Bad. The owners are really good and helping. I give them 4 star stars ⭐️ .

Today I attended Melton South Post office. Had long queue, so I lined up. Lady on the front right counter gave shout to all around 4.40PM "Anyone here to collect parcel ?" One gentleman far behind in the queue and lady in front of me, approached her. Both were served. When I approached to same lady, service counter lady just told me to go back to the line. She just lied on my face for parcel collection shout she did and served two people. I know gentleman who runs this Post service for long time. Who is very polite and hard working. Please check your CCTV recording and have word with front desk service lady. Please do not treat your customers differently !! Regardless what motivates counter service staff !!

My wife and I were having a product returned. My wife took a photo of the package being given to the post office staff and the Asian guy working there, was very rude and arrogantly told my wife to delete the photo. My wife wasn’t taking a photo of their staff, just of the package in case it wasn’t returned or damaged in the process and we had proof that it was delivered. There was absolutely no need to be so rude. My wife is very upset by how she was treated. No issue deleting the photo as they can request but terrible way to treat another human being.

Absolute joke. You pay for delivery, and the packages don't get dropped off. Just a card in the door. Which would be understandable, if nobody was home. But when people are home, and they left a second package at the door. What a joke! People work the hours you're open, and can't get there. Which is why we pay for delivery! I shouldn't have to leave work early or miss a day, because your driver doesn't want to do two trips to the van!

The staff are just so lovely and helpful in this post office. Despite getting super busy, as it’s only a small post office, they make time to make sure you get everything you need. Their customer service is outstanding and I’m always greeted with a smile every time I go in. Yes lines can be out the door on occasions, but to be served with such kindness and respect makes it all worthwhile

We went there to get our baby photograph taken for passport. This postoffice was the only place that was available for a baby passport photograph within Melton area. The staff who took the photograph was very friendly and helpful. And the other working staff was working really quick. Never seen a postoffice as professional and friendly as in Melton south po.

This post office has Quick service and friendly service, quite busy for a little post office. They send out both physical and email retrieval notifications for parcels. Offer average stock for a post office. Store is clean and well maintained staff are friendly and easy to have a 3 second conversation with.

Went in to return an item and wasn't sure if I needed to buy packaging (had a return slip on me). A lovely staff member named Nedley helped me send the item back. My first interaction with them and I loved the way I was treated! Thank you for your fantastic assistance!

Of the 3 packages I ordered this year 1 your driver refused to deliver the 2nd was smashed and now you've lost the third. This an 100% failure rate, your drivers give swift and shift a run for their money.

Can you do something about your trading hours? 9-5PM most people work during those hours. Even retail is open Thursdays-Sunday until 9PM.
