I was so stressed because I had to travel urgently and my passport was expired. Recent reviews for the Passport Office were saying it can take from 8 weeks - months for some. The staff at Miller PO were so reassuring, even with taking my photos, they took their time to show it to me and ask if I was happy. Said if it’s not ready within a week, to go to the Passport Office in Sydney. I paid the urgent fees and I got an email saying my passport was ready to collect within 2 days after handing it them. I was served straight away aswell, no long line. Unbelievable! So grateful to have such an amazing local PO.

Extremely friendly staff, and very helpful. I used their services to post a parcel (shocking news I know haha,) but I soon lost my phone. I returned and asked them if they had it in lost property or if they saw anyone take it, and immediately 3 staff members all chipped in the help out. Within minutes they were checking security camera footage to see exactly what happened. At the end of the day, it turned out fine and I just misplaced it by my house, but I really appreciated all the effort the staff put in. Great service all around.

I had a medically urgent delivery that was flagged as delayed on the tracking app. I tryed the robot customer service phone number which was no help, so i went to Mt Pritchard post office to be told he doesn't have the time to deal with my issue although the office was empty. I then took it to Miller Central who took 10 minutes to sought the problem out and fix the problem. Very friendly and helpful staff. Customer Service was spot on

This used to be my local post office and I now see how much I have taken it for granted. The staff here are always so friendly and helpful. The fact that they are open on Saturdays is so helpful, especially to those who work Mon-Fri 9-5. I wish I could get the same great service or even half the service at my new post office. I am too afraid to even write a review there for fear of retribution.

How wonderful it is to deal with staff who are experts in their work, wonderful, the smile does not leave their faces, they love everyone here, I found them in this place, thank you all, I advise everyone to visit them
