Well, Imagine my surprise (irony) when I came here to make a complaint and read many, many, many bad ratings of these place. The bald Asian guy is just absurdly rude. My case was the following: I bought a 4 color pen at this establishment last week for work. When I tried to use it, I noticed that the pressing device to change colors was getting stuck among some colors. So, I came back to the store and asked if they could change it for another pen of the same model. The owner took the pen and tried to write with a few colors and said it was working. I explained that the problem was between the changing colors device and he kept picking up the pen and writing with it and saying it was working. I got the pen in my hand and tried over and over to show how the pressing device for changing colors was getting stuck. And he even accused me saying: I’m not giving you a pen for free. I explained I didn’t want anything for free, just to change the pen for a working one, and why would I come to the store to ask for a 2,50AUD$ free pen? I just wanted to change as it’s my right as a consumer because the product was defective. The owner refused to change it, and I said he could keep the pen because, as I said, was not functioning properly. When I said I was not ever coming back there, the manager/ owner, even replied: better. The value of the product was very low, but I even decided to make a formal complaint to NSW fair trading website because of the way I was treated. I didn’t even ask for my money back, I just asked for him to be advised about customers service and rights. Having to prove that the pen wasn’t functioning, having my word for it put in question and even getting accused of trying to deceive him for a AUSD 2,50 pen was absurd. I had been to this establishment before to use the post office service, and had noticed that this owner/ manager was somewhat rude but chose to give him the benefit of doubt, as sometimes people are just in a bad day. The girl that also works there is nice but I bet she is also afraid of him. This manager/ owner is really rude and should not be in a customer- dealing service. Never going back there again.

Be careful guys and those were emotionally abused like me please report it to: 137 678 Australian post office! They’re very cooperative! I was verbally/personally attacked today-and again- with a man who looked like from South Asian background (white, black hair, has baldness) I entered the store around 11:45 am saying Good morning, then he “yielded” at me WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU?! Then, I smiled and I told him to calm down, I asked him: are you ok?… he again repeated his “weird” voice saying: there is something wrong with me I looked around but no one was in the store so I left. As many reported here: it seems there’s a problem with this guy attitude toward customers. Thus, I highly recommend you to stay away!!!

Appalling Service. Missenden Road Australia Post is simply the worst Post Office I have ever dealt with. The staff are not considerate to the needs of customers on-site and as well as those calling over the phone. They appear to have no desire to assist customers beyond the standard procedures post offices do each day. If you have questions regarding your mail's whereabouts, I definitely recommend visiting in person to maximise your chances of a resolution as they tend to not be helpful at all with overly complex issues. The staff are also rude and blunt-spoken. No interpersonal skills at all.

Honestly, it's hard to believe the other reviews that all staff could possibly be so rude and incompetent, but believe it. I took my parcel to the counter and asked to pay for it, was told to fill out a form first. I asked if it's possible to pay now and drop it back up to the counter once I'd filled the form out. I was told "if you don't want to follow the rules perhaps you could go to another post office." I was shocked. I didn't think asking to pay first was an offensive thing to say. Thanks for your advice, next time I'll go to another post office.

Small post office, with very poor customer service and long waits. The staff there aren’t very helpful, and take a very long time with all the tasks. Initially got a PO box with AusPost here, but turned out that this post office does not actually have a PO box system. I asked for a refund because it was falsely described on the site, and the post office wouldn’t process the refund. Unfortunately, won’t be going back any time soon.

The staff are so rude and can hardly speak English so every transaction takes double the time it should. Do not go here for passport submissions, the guy was so rude, he just took my money and walked away then came back 20min later and patronisingly asked if i needed any more help... excuse me for wanting some confirmation after paying hundreds of dollars to a man who seems incompetent. Worst experience I’ve ever had at an APO.

Extremely rude staff (except for the lovely young woman who works there, god bless you). I politely asked for something and I got a snide remark from a staff member. I would have been okay if they politely told me no. Additionally, I heard the staff talking about me behind my back. They treated my package like they didn’t care about it. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

Really bad service and rude. Need some document to be certified but the manager refused to do it before even looking at the document. I asked him to check it. He look at it for 1 sec (probably didn't read anything) and told me he couldn't do it. Generally very rude. He told me that I didn't know what I was doing. So, I went to the Post Office in Broadway and got it done in 5 mins.

refuse to even listen to the question, both consulate and auspost direct me here and they don't even try to listen but just simply push it off back to auspost. the mail goes out from this place and i am asking politely to describe and seeking for help, but there that one male just decides to push everything off and brutally leave me with my passport that god knows where it is

I can't believe that these reviews are from the same place, but I have been provided with exceptional customer service and care during Covid and the huge delivery Backlog. Genuinely terrible. I thought the reviews must be overdoing it how bad could it be, but there is ONE guy who is doing everything and doing it terribly and incredibly rude. There is no order to the place, and you probably also won’t get what you need done. No clue if the bald Asian man here is a manager or an employee but he should not be working here at all.

I am here for pick up my passport, I been here 3:30pm. The manager bad attitude and told us wait around entry, I ask him how long should be wait, he said wait at entry again. The staff just don’t reply us, and continue finish her work, no one is in charge us. It was the worst experience. I waited more than half an hour to pick up a delivery.

Just phoned them up and the opening times displayed here and on the Aus Post site are incorrect. Monday-Friday they are open from 8:30am until 6pm. On Saturday they are open 9am to 5pm. They are currently open for a few hours Sunday morning, but this sounded like a temporary thing so give them a phone call first.

Poor customer service! Went there to take passport photo, was told to wait for half an hour for the guy to come back from lunch, then I was told there are “other people “ waiting behind me whom they need to be served and at the end was asked to go somewhere else! Literally wasted 40 minutes of my time!!

Avoid this place at all cost, the bald Chinese man (manager) it’s terrible, doesn’t help at all and just want to take your money. I wanted to send a package and he refused because he didn’t want to get in trouble. Wouldn’t give me an answer or explanation. Don’t come here.

Paid for my passport photos to be taken but wasn’t given them in hard copy, after going back to complete the process I was told I needed to retake the photos and pay for them again even though I still had the receipt and emailed copy of the photo taken.

This post office is ok but they can be very very slow sometimes. You just need to be lucky enough to arrive there on an off-peak time. The Australia Post website also says there is a JP here, this is false as there is no JP at this post office.

Very rude manager. No people skills. Only thinking of the money that he gets. Treats customers & staff badly. Wouldn’t recommend going to this place. If not for the convenience, I would never ever give him my money for any transaction.

Staff were friendly and service was Swift. It is no longer in the King George V hospital building, as I was informed by a helpful nurse. It is now located across the road next door to the 7/11on missenden rd near RPA's emergency entry

Rang to enquire about the delivery of a parcel and the person I spoke to went above and beyond to make sure the parcel was in. Turned out it wasn't, and I would have wasted a trip to the post office if they hadn't been so helpful.

Watched both the manager and employee yell at and abuse a woman because she didn't know what white-out is. When she bravely asked why he was being so rude the employee stormed out to the back of the shop.

Refused to ship multiple parcels because the owner wanted to charge me another $1.20 for a parcel packet that had a typo. I had to travel all the way back to the post office just for that...really?

He is ALWAYS aggressively rude has no customer service respect! Will soon change post office after i recive the few orders that are still in transit wont be dealing with his attitude anymore

Daniel and John ere really do polite and helpful. They made sure that I was able to get my money order issued on time and I was able to get my overseas visa on time. Thank you !!

It's a small licensed post office located inside a hospital. Usually it only has 1 or 2 staff but it's very convenient for people living in Camperdown.
