Service is fine, my only issue is with the opening hours. I specifically went there at 8:30am to pick up a parcel before work but even at 8:45 there was no sign of opening. Please either be true to your opening hours or change your opening hours to reflect what time you'll actually be there so you don't waste other people's time.

Absolute mess of a post office - no organisation at all. What kind of post office fails sends a message saying that they failed to deliver, then you line up for 20mins, and they say they can’t find the bloody parcel because the whole place is a mess and nothing is organised. Just parcels everywhere with no proper organisation.

I’m my view, one of the worst post offices in Australia. These people are horrible in the way they deal with their customers. Very little respect shown. Completely disorganised. Australia Post should take action to remove them. Delusional if they think this is a way to conduct business.

Loose your packages then call the police after yelling at you that you have already received the package. If it is possible to get your mail delivered to a different post office I highly recommend. Extremely rude service.

My favourite post office! They are courteous, professional and always willing to be helpful whether it be for sending money internationally, sending or collecting parcels or topping up your Myki.

They seem efficient in their service, but were unhappy with the presence of children looking at stuff they sell. I had to calm my children who were uncomfortable with their attitudes.
