Incompetence with a side of rudeness. The lady/owner questioned where I got my passport photos taken as she didn't like the look of them. I said Officeworks and she sighed loudly and shook her head... for what? The photo was fine and passed the QA test that she conducted, no need for your judgement!! She also said I had my name wrong on the form when it was in fact correct. I think additional customer service training and passport compliance training is required to deliver a better customer experience.

I've had a few requirements at the Mortdale Post Office and my interaction every time has been great. I was trying to organise my son's passport application and the entire process was smooth. Taz was helpful with the photos to be taken which immediately put my son at ease. Taz also had the patience to review the documentation and guided me with the requirements which made the process easy. The friendliness of the staff makes is an easy interaction at Mortdale Post office.

The team here makes everything so easy. When I had a lot of parcels coming, the team would see me in the line and get my parcels ready so that when I got to the front of the line I could just grab them and go. I’m amazed they remembered my name! Everyone there is super friendly and the service is efficient, so I know I can go in and get everything I need done in no time. Thank you for everything mortdale team, you’re all wonderful!

The Delivery person just opens the main door to the unit and leaves parcels there. There is no attempt to knock on designated door number or even leave on door step. These parcels are correctly addressed with unit and block number clearly visible. I find this service rude and lazy. So far I have been lucky and received parcels due to honest neighbours but they are left in public view.

If i could get a zero i would put a zero. The post man there was a horrible person. He wouldnt give us our parcel and even though i went down to get it apparently it was too late and he carded it. In this time of social distancing he is making us go to the post office although i was already in front of him. I recorded this altercation with him and will be filing a formal complaint.

Says my parcel was delivered tho I was home all day and it hasn't then contact them and no person to talk to and robot on phone keeps saying wrong tracking number tho I'm talking in very clear and slow English so where's my package And not looking forward to going in and speaking to the staff they are always rude and unwelcoming!!!!

The team provided excellent service with the visa photos. The staff and specially Taz was friendly, helpful and professional whilst lodging my application and taking photos. He gave us options upon choosing and asking for opinion on it. I would 100% recommend to everyone around to visit and experience the good customer service.

Extremely rude staff and charged to certify some photocopy of documents when most places provide the service for free. But I was happy to pay for the convenience of the service but then when I returned to get a different set of ID’s to be certified the owner gaslit me and said this service never existed and told me to leave

I was served by an Indian lady who was very rude and disrespectful. I brought all my documents for a passport application and she not only accused me of providing a old photo when her colleague said it resembled me. I left feeling very offended and angry from the terrible attitude and no help at all to other questions.

They are very poor in service and I truly believe the don't have any idea of taking passport pictures. And they have staff with one who always wearing a hat, he doesn't know how to speak with customers. He look like he don't like his job. I will never come back. Very very poor service

What a fantastic business, run by management and staff who are friendly, helpful, professional and very kind to all customers. Spacious and their parcels even cost less to post than other Post Offices. Beautiful people who are a delight to custom with.

Very poor service has cost me time and money sending my parcel to the wrong address I no longer use Mortdale post office to send parcels instead use Transdirect. Very user friendly website, they pick up from my location and are much cheaper

Staff have no idea how to take a decent photograph, so go elsewhere for your passport photos. There was no seat, so the wrong angle - and no lighting or flash, so photos were way too dark. Waste of $19.95. The guy before me was also really

I went in to pay my gas bill of $150 and all I had was the amount in coins, the lady became so arrogant and rude towards me, as she would not accept the coins, she started screaming at me and told me to go to the bank and change the coins

I always find the staff here very friendly and helpful. We often send and receive parcels through Mortdale Post Office. Centrally located and very convenient. The que is rarely longer than several people. Thank you for the service.

Buying a 32gb usb, the scanned price came up $12. After paying, the manager tells me the correct price is $30. They refund the $12 and manually charge me $30. On the way home I find same item on AusPost website listed as $12.

Great customer service. Fantastic staff. They really get to know the locals. Give great advice and are fast. Some times there are long lines. But most of the time they get through the queue within 10minutes.

They are not open Saturdays. Since a new owner started a franchise the Post is closed on Saturdays which is a big, big minnus for them.

The gentleman Taz who processed my passport application was very supportive, helpful, and professional. Will definitely recommend.
