This place is the best ever since it got new people at the desk. The lady is fantastic - so fast and efficient, you'd think there was a queue a mile long and she was worried she wouldn't get through it all, even though it was just me. The last two ladies were abysmal in comparison, just walking a metre was a struggle for them. I wish these new people all the best and hope they stick at it for a long time, because I'm not moving suburbs any time soon.

Service is no better or worse than can be expected from a small post office. Level of staff assistance and friendliness is generally pretty good, although it can depend on who serves you and their mood at the time. The current operators are definitely better then some of the previous ones I've encountered in the 36 years I've lived in Mount Evelyn.

I have been dealing with this Post Office for over 20 years and have found them extremely helpful, polite, friendly and the customer service is awesome. I have never had a problem with opened or tampered parcels, never had a parcel damaged by them either. I would rate them 100% for service, care and commitment and friendliness.

Worst post office I have ever dealt with. Never delivers packages. Sends final pickup notices with postie when no one came to attempt delivery in the first place. Multiple times now. Older staff are usually horribly rude when you do go in to pick up them item.

Every time I go in the lady is on her mobile phone and doesn’t look up to check for customers. One time she looked up at me then back down at her phone for about her 30 seconds before acknowledging I was even there.

Post man came up the driveway where my partner was waiting to sign my package, he stood there said hello, went back down the drive with the package and left the postage letter to collect in the letter box

Friendly and helpful service at the post office. Thanks The postie is the worst through, never deliver my parcels said the driveway is too steep, but StarTrack and Tolls have no problems delivering

Hands down, best post office I've ever been too. The staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and overall incredibly lovely.

Very poor service! I was shocked to be honest. Seems like a family run business that has simply lost interest in their jobs!

Have changed hours to 9-5 Mon-Fri. Making it impossible for anyone with a conventional 9-5 job to pickup parcels.

Unfriendly and atmosphere not nice, service unaccommodating. Far better Post offices close by.
