I would actively avoid using this LPO if you possibly can, i have had so many issues with customer service here. First, they lied after damaging clothing (they do dry cleaning services) and tried to blame the third party who confirmed the lie. Then, I received an AusPost notification card advising me to collect a very expensive parcel from this LPO - we were told the parcel was not there and they couldn't read the tracking number and offered absolutely no help (not even offering to contact us if the parcel ever arrived or to check with the delivery person). I was also sold old newspapers at the same price of present day newspapers as I needed them for packing, the lady actually questioned me as to why i needed multiple newspapers and made me accept the old papers with no discount. Every single time i have to use this place, i encounter issues and horrible customer service.

This post office has changed a lot with the new owners, we have had 2 lots of passport photos rejected by passport office with new owners . So suggest that you take in requirements from Passport Office to clarify requirements or go somewhere else that's what we will be doing for all future visa photos etc.

Inside the newsagent, Great books and can buy tattslotto and scratches etc..as well as post things, buy phone recharges, has all assorted gifts also for a quick present.. Public phone just outside chemist which is in Hall Street, a few shops also and grocery general store. …

It also serves as a lotto/scratchy retailer; I have observed current franchise owners strongly pushing pensioners to gamble despite their hesitance. Seems quite dodgy for a Post Office and not sure it is appropriate for the postal services and gambling to be combined.

Australia Post has been contacting this LPO for the last three weeks to redirect a parcel which was sent to the wrong state but the operator is too lazy to redirect or their compensation from Australia Post is not high enough for them to be bothered

Posted a shoebox sized parcel. They had all the stuff I needed plus were very helpful and friendly service. Only reviewing because I saw some poor reviews and my experience was just the opposite of that.

A post office that's open till 6pm Monday to Saturday is unheard of and amazingly convenient. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this store.
