I asked my husband to collect a parcel on my behalf, he had a copy of my licence and the email sent. A woman named Anne refused the parcel, he asked what he needed to do, Anne ignored his question. He asked if it was even still there, as it had been a while, Anne refused to go out and look. He had to ask Anne three times before she checked. He called me and offered my authority over the phone, she refused. Even the manager, Nisha was unhelpful to explain what he DID need. I called Aus Post and they were great they have made a formal complaint and had the parcel transferred to Tullamarine free of charge. Disgusting behaviour by Anne and Nisha, you do not require even one star!

This is probably the worst post office I have never been to. I have dealt with an older lady with whitish hair European accent has served me and I just can’t say how much bad service I have received! She has absolutely no commonsense whatsoever and will just dismiss you when you try to make your point. What a waste of time and I will never step a foot in that post office again! There are way more offices Witt better service, more friendly staff and understanding people! Don’t waste your time going there - (I am not surprised that they have a bad rating on google already!)

Didn’t leave a slip for my package and took it to the post office, was wondering where my package was as I never got notified there was an attempted delivery and found out it has been returned to sender. This post office couldn’t even tell me that because apparently to them I never had anything on the way, I had to contact the company I ordered from to find out where it went. This post office have had multiple of my packages go missing in the past. I’m very frustrated as this package is for business purposes and supplies.

I walked in when there was no line and plenty of staff to get photocopies of 3 documents and have them certified. The woman behind the counter said no and told me to go to the pharmacy. The service is offered on the website at the Post Office for $2.50 a page. Don't offer this service from this Post Office if the staff refuse to do it. I drove a few kilometres to airport West and they were happy to do it. Maybe the Niddrie staff need some customers service training.

On the website it states they offer ID verifications. Went in with my paperwork and the lady (manager) said she wont do it because its a 'personal choice??" I mentioned the service is offered on their website and still refuses to verify even with all my documents. Asked for someone else to assist me but said no. Not the best service. Avondale Heights completed my request no questions asked.

Absolutely atrocious customer service experienced at the Niddrie Post Office numerous times but especially bad today by the same staff member. I’ve worked in the customer service industry for over 25 years and can’t believe how badly their staff speak to their customers & how they handle product knowledge.

Came to get the passport renew and was told to make a booking and they look at us like we know it and we cant just show up to do it. Never heard it before and in Aus Post website state : ""Lodge your passport renewal application at a participating Post Office – you don’t need a booking".

Some parcels get delivered to your house and others get left at this post office. If they get left at this post office, expect poorly trained staff, long queues and inflexible hours. Shut this post office down and allocate it to a newsagent or other outlet with customer service skills.

Whoever is in charge of feedback and performance for this store really should take notice of what the customers are saying! We all work 9-5 during the week so how are we able to pick up parcels when our only chance is on the weekend. open saturdays back !!!

A queue from the counter all the way back to the doors on the footpath. And only 2 people on duty. Not their fault I suppose but management might have anticipated a busy day three days out from Christmas.

Very friendly lady I met with. She knew her job very well too. Not sure why so bad rating for this post office. I could see other staff also working very well.

Bring back Saturday Trading......for us working folk it's difficult to attend during the week. The local PO is the lifeblood of local communities.

An other post office who is not open the Saturday anymore. Ffs lots people work during they work hours. Saturday morning should be open.
