!!MYPOST BUSINESS CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! I’m a top tier MyPost Business customer who posts everyday and today I received the absolute worst customer service (if you could even call it that!) in all the years I have been using this service. I went in to drop off pre-paid parcels to this Post Office only to have the “manager” be condescending towards me and humiliate me in front of all the customers and staff by telling me that I was not allowed to bring parcels there and threatened me to not to come back with “so many” parcels. He tried to justify himself by saying that they were too busy to take my parcels and don’t take postage from locals as they deal exclusively with shopping centre patrons, when I could clearly see locals posting parcels. This disgrace of a manager made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by bringing my parcels to be posted there, as if it’s not in his job description to deal with my postage. I’m so appalled by the service and the audacity of this so-called manager, especially as he tried to instruct me to take my postage elsewhere (costing me more time and petrol) rather than dare to bring them back to this Post Office. THE AUDACITY of this manager continued to shock me when, in the time that he could have simply had staff scan my parcels into the system, he was interrogating me about where I get my postage supplies from, details of my business and the type of delivery vehicle I’m using to drop off parcels which is COMPLETELY UNRELATED AND INAPPROPRIATE - as though he was checking off an imaginary criteria he concocted in his head to evaluate whether I was even worth his time. While this was happening, two other staff members were standing idly by and just watched the situation unfold, rather than processing the parcels that they were apparently “too busy” to scan. This manager was an older, tall Caucasian male, about 60 years old with white hair. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. Please do not go to this post office and I have lodged a full internal investigation against this manager.

Worst service I've ever received twice now! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and once I received my passport, with the original photo that was allegedly "wrong", we went to get our daughters passport sorted. They said that the pen we used was wrong (even though I used the same one for mine) and that her photo was incorrect too, even though we had it taken at the post office! I'll drive further out to avoid ever using this post office again.

Efficient and friendly service. Came here on a late arvo with a long queue and I was impressed how quickly the staff worked through the queue and even managed to fit in to do my baby's passport photo. Definitely recommend here if you need a baby passport photo as they have a bouncer they can place your baby on for the shot. Have to make appointment to submit the passport application , easily done online, and once served, service is thorough yet efficient. A far cry from Rosanna Post Office, one of the reasons how Northland is our "local" post office even if it's not a walkable distance.

Just had the misfortune to be attended by Janine. When I kindly asked the reason regarding a restriction on how much I can deposit in my account I was rudely interrupted with a "I don't ask the questions, we just do what we are told". What sort of customer service answer is that? Do they do everything they are told without understanding what they are doing? If so, the staff will greatly benefit from some training. Understanding the processes around your work also make you more efficient. The service I was trying to do has been done in the se branch numerous times in previous occasions.

there is no notification in the shop that you need an appointment for passport processing. basically, you will queue for a very longtime and when you reach the counter,they will tell you they cannot assist you. so i suggested if they can put a note for future customers not to be misled. the lady who assisted us today was so rude, am not sure if thats just her accent but zero quality of customer service in both spoken english and her actions. i will not mention her name so not to damage her dignity. i just hope you remember what you job is.

Wow won’t ever return to this store, as I went in early today to have a new photo taken to renew my drivers license. But I received the worst customer service in my life by the brunette lady. I was being so pleasant to her but for some reason this lady just acted so rudely towards me for no reason. A tad pathetic to be acting like this but she clearly hates her life and her job, maybe even a little jealous? but seriously you shouldn’t take out your anger on the customers! If you’re not happy do something about it, it’s as simple as that!!

Staff is very arrogant and not helpful. Went to the post office to lodge the passport application, after waiting for half an hour I was turned away saying you need an appointment. I don’t understand why do one need an appointment for it when neither website nor any sign in store nor online application mentioned this. Staff said that only northland post office requires appointment. My question is why don’t you put up a sign or notification somewhere about your requirements instead of wasting peoples time. Very poor service and response

I was attended by Laura and she was very helpful and assisted in my passport application. I have no appointment made as I was informed by the Call Centre, I could just walk up to the Post Office. Just not to disappoint me, Laura went the extra mile by checking the system, whether is there any vacant slot available later in the day. she managed to get one and I was attended by her again an hour and a half later. Many thanks, Laura. Great service.

Rubbish service from Aus Post in general. Had to get passports done. Went to Lalor Post office, they told me to go to Epping. Arrived at Epping, shop was closed for renovations. Went to Northland, they told me I need a booking even though they were not busy and had 45mins before closing. I explained my situation and the lady rather smugly told me that it was too late and referred me to another post office in Fairfield which was closing shortly.

Awesome customer service by Alicia. Went in for my passport application with photos taken by another franchise post office which were not taken correctly for the passport purposes. Alicia took new photos and did not charge me for new set of photos and the whole process just took under 10 minutes. Excellent job! Would definitely go there even if it’s just driving that bit longer compared to the post office close by. #passport #photos

Worse possible customer service you can come across. I went here 5 times to submit my son's passport application and every time i am given a different reason they could not accept the application. Not a single person reviewed the entire application and took accountability. These workers are in desperate need for some training. What a waste of resources.

so cross right now!, after receiving a txt re delivery, i responded that someone will be able to receive it... less than 2 minutes delivery the postie gave the delivery slip to a staff member, stating that no-one was there to accept parcel... WHY did they not just leave the parcel!!! now i have to go out of my way to collect my parcel... no stars!

Thanks to a hugely complicated situation, courtesy of The Australian Passport Office, things were shaping up to be the Worst Post Office Experience in history. Two customer service reps had already given up and I was melting down, fast. Caroline from Australia Post processed the forms AND restored everyones sanity in a blink. What a legend!

Customer service appalling… I went in to get my passport with professional photos taken from officeworks & the way the team spoke to me about the photo’s being incorrect when I wasn’t at fault unacceptable. The tone & questioning me on my skin color was disgusting… Do not expected to be treated civilly at this post office

Honestly can't understand all the negative reviews. I've used this post office for years for a variety of business and I've never had an issue. It gets very busy but the queue moves along quickly. I've found all of the staff to be extremely efficient and helpful.

My parcel has still not been delivered today for mothers day in time for my mother and grandmother to receive their gifts, since Tuesday 10:00am from Melbourne to Adelaide, so disappointed. I even took my lunchbreak early to make sure it got there on time.

Everytime self service never works. Skeleton staff spends time chit chatting with 1 customer in the time 4 ppl can be served. All the time....service here is appalling except for a couple of ppl like Mark, Lisa etc

Chaotic mess.queues out the door. Lazy unhelpful staff. They take photos of babies sitting them on the counters and on rocking chairs on the floor. Very dangerous indeed. Needs to be investigated by human services.
