This australia post business hub is one of the best I've ever seen. It has very friendly staff. There's a parcel locker as well. Also it allows to receive parcels just on this address as well. I've received few parcels which does not fit into parcel lockers. However never had issues in collecting them from the counter. The friendly staff is very helpful. They used to have a small post office as well.It's a pity that about an year ago, they've decided to close it.

The nunawading delivery person NEVER knock!!! just slip the note in the mailbox and run off. Dodgy, unprincipled outlet of AUS POST, always threatening customers and LPOs about breaching their 'rules', remember AUS POST is a public company to serve NOT a private company to rip off the public and reward its executives and managers with handsome bonuses. Disgusting, go get a real job in the private corporate sector.

Parcel has been there for 3 days so far and has not moved... needed the stuff I ordered for today, now I have to go spend another $50 to buy things I’ve already ordered that I should have by now. Ffs, I only live and hour away from the post office, it really should have been here by now! …

Very friendly and helpful staff for parcel pick up. Helped me sort out a Startrack stuff up who first delivered to Tullamarine and then to Port Melbourne AP sites while telling me to go to Nunawading each time. Wish it was a bit closer to regular public transport but exercise is not a bad thing.

This place handles everything and does it well. Not only do they have parcel lockers with parking nearby but they are open until 6pm which means have a little extra time to get there despite working full time business hours. Be aware though - they aren't open on weekends.

Honestly really disappointing services been waiting 2 weeks now for the “depot” to call me back. Seriously bad service.
