I came in today 20/10/2021 at around 11:30am. There was 3 staff member where two were already serving customers and one of the gentlemen was on his phone. Whilst still waiting I did not say anything and waited patiently then he finally realized I was waiting and all he said was "Hi" with no apology for keeping me waiting while he was playing on his phone. I advised him that I was coming to pick up a parcel that I re-directed here and shown him the message and tracking number and then he asked me for the postal address. I told him that I had it re-directed here and then he would rudely say "No, what is the postal address". I then would give him the postal address then he goes "No, did you re-direct it here to this post Office" even though I told him that from the start. Then he would walk off to find the parcel while sighing like it was an inconvenience. He would then hand me the parcel and I would just leave. This particular staff member needs to have their attitude checked and not be on his phone and keep customers waiting and then act like it's an inconvenience to serve me.

The Large female with the piss poor attitude appears to be rather racist. Everytime I get served by her, she is argumentative. She does not listen, even when she was WRONG and refused to listen to me. She talks over me and is dismissive. Piece of advice, if you hate people so much, dont work in a customer facing job where you have to serve other ethnic backgrounds. She is a Rude, obnoxious person, I cant even call her a woman or lady because women and ladies, have more class, decency and respect. Learn some manners and accept the fact that Australia is a diverse country where the majority of people here accept you no matter your race, colour or ethnicity. As far as your attitude is concerned, Australia Post needs to send you to some etiquette classes to teach you how to act like a respectable person and then perhaps you will treat others with some respect and decency. Absolutely disgusted.....

The staff are rude arrogant and argumentative, and in particular a person who I believe to be "GREG". This person is rude, argumentative and snide. He thinks that he is the most important being in the post office, unfortunately, for him, he his WRONG. His arrogance and rudeness, supersede his total lack of customer service. Alison is another staff member who is very rude. Question this person at your own peril, she has no customer service skills what-so-ever. Which brings me to GREG and Alison combined, it is alleged that they talk about their employers in a derogatory manner to customers and they also allegedly talk about customers in a derogatory manner to other customers. Anyone going to this post office needs to re-think, this is AUSTRALIA POST at it's very best. GOOD LUCK

Went to pick up my parcel in the morning for which I had a card for. They told me that there was no such parcel and after a trying back and forth with them they said they can't help me. They absolutely refused to do anything to help and just gave me a phone number to call. Absolutely zero effort to assist me in locating the parcel of which was supposed to be at the post office as per the cards instruction. I left and called the phone number and after 30 minutes of going back and forward they told me it was at the post office. So I went back and picked it up. They didn't even have the courtesy to apologise, just kept their eyes firmly on the floor as they passed over my parcel. Disgraceful service and absolutely rude manners, especially by the manager.

Terrible customer service. I dread trips to the post office . Dealing with these miserable unhelpful staff is a bizarre experience. I've had a man raise his voice and ask why on earth he should be expected to know everything about Australia Post. I am just trying to collect a parcel. I haven't commited a crime. Every time I come in I hear abuse being hurled at other customers. The best you can expect from these awful people is cold argumentative sighs and inpatience, the worst is getting lectured and shouted at in front of children. If you are so unhappy in this job please do us all a favour and do something else. Preferably where you do not have to deal with the public. Zero stars.

Had an awful experience with a lady at the counter who told me my parcel wasn't there, even though I had a text message and a pickup slip in my mailbox. Either she had an attitude problem or didn't understand the fundamental roles of customer service. I proceeded to tell her it must be there and to maybe double check that my name isn't mis-spelt on the parcel. She proceeded to huff n puff and cause a scene. It wasn't until a lovely gentleman at the counter found it. He went out of his way to triple check for me. Two stars because he was a delightful man that went above and beyond (I wish I knew his name because he deserves an award for working with those other staff members).

Terrible service, especially passport photo. We came early in the morning to take the passport photos but they did their job like just to finish it. Only 1 customer waiting, 3 staff, so there were no reason to rush. All our photos looked terrible, I didn’t know my eyes looked down because the staff didn’t let me check the photo before printing. She didn’t care, just sent it with the application anyway. They only wanted to finish the job and get rid of you. They don’t care about customer service, never smile or greet customers. Sometimes I just come to send letters to friends and family, but never feel welcomed.

Wow the epic cow with 1 good review must work there. Maybe you're that evil woman behind the counter. Iv'e never seen so much hatred for a parcel pick up. I received my item snaped in half it was a circuit board. I'm wondering if it was her when she handed it over to me like she wanted to kill me. I've had to get everything set up to be sent to revesby as I dread going in here. The older man is a lovely guy though. I've never had such bad service in any other po. I was relieved to see I wasn't the only one. I will never set foot in here again

We decided to go to this post office to take a passport photo for our infant son but we deeply regretted as this photo has been rejected by the immigrations. The officer refused to take a proper photo and although we insisted this photo is showing my wife's hand in the background and might be rejected, the officer simply ignored and said it is fine. We shouldn't have paid and should have left.... This passport photo taking service is terrible and I warn you to consider going if it is for babies as this will be rejected!

One star is a LIE. Absolutely deserved zero out of five. Very rude, disinterested staff combined with poor customer service makes dealing with this place a miserable experience. I had to collect several parcels in the space of a few days, I was on holidays at the time BUT in future I will just get any online purchases delivered to my work......why these people are allowed to continue working in a customer service role after (I'm sure) a heap of complaints is a mystery. If I could give a MINUS figure, I would.

Lmaothis is disturbing.. Reading all the reviews some are funny but down right tragic!!.., I just have to say I came here trying to choose between revesby PO & Padstow PO and I have to say they're both as bad as each other. I wont be bringing my business here at all after seeing this. Thanx to the people for their honest reviews its helped me 100%. To the PO, get your ACT together you're losing business & customers, just pathetic service.

I run my own business and i can say this is some of the worst service i have experienced. You have miserable people working who don’t really want to help you and I have never seen a smile from most workers. If it wasn’t for a monopoly in Padstow the way this business is run will not last beyond 3-6 months! If you don’t like dealing with people then please do everyone a favour and don’t choose a customer facing role.

Quite easily the best Australia Post store I've ever been to. The staff are helpful, especially the older guy. They are fast and have yet to make a mistake with anything that I have dealt with. The PO boxes are usually filled by 9am which is excellent as well. Not sure why all these other reviews are so bad, some people are just born sour and impatient I guess. Overall a great place, try it out!

I don't understand how this staff still have a job or how Australian post office will let one of their franchise be run by a couple of unmannered and disrespectful human beings. Consistently unhappy staff and unhelpful - most recently not allowing my 14 year old son to pick up a parcel, for which he had all the signatures and his ID to collect. He was told I needed to give him MY ID to collect (license or passport.... No way!!) I have to take an unpaid day off work now for a $30 pair of pants.....

Unprofessional staff don’t know how to treat with customers. The lady her name Geeta I have pretty sure she is from India very bad customer service. They should have to replace this lady and put some professional staff. She is thinking like she is working in Indian post office. She look at the customer like a don.

The owners are very arrogant and rude. Every time I deal with them I dread it. They always find something wrong with your passport application, especially the photos, because they want you to purchase them at a much higher price with them. Charged me photocopying fee when it was unnecessary. Warning - go elsewhere

Terrible service, Went there at 4:40 to open up a P.O. Box. They close 5pm. The Indian guy at the front counter just told me that there’s no time for this, literally it just takes around 5-10mins for this to be done. And there’s even no one lining behind me. Seriously this is the worse post office I’ve ever been.

I had a parcel for them to return to Iconic but they returned it back to my home address by mistake. When I went back to them, they refused to take responsibility for their mistake. The staff are rude and lazy, refuse to welcome or serve you as they're too busy on their phones talking to each other. The post office hours reflect the laziness as they never open early or on weekends to accomodate those who work 9-5 Mon-Fri. Impossible to pickup packages from Padstow post office.

Don't understand all the bad reviews I have been coming here for 10 years now and I've always had nothing but smiles and good service. It pays to walk in with a smile and walk out with one. If you go in like a grump what do you expect. The way you act is the way you will be treated.

The rudest staff I have encountered anywhere for a long time . As soon as I entered and said hello it was clear this woman had issues she got pleasure from making things hard ..I just walked out I couldn't be bothered went to another post office and all was fine
