Probably the worst post office I’ve been to. I’ll often have to go pick up my parcels after being home all day, no knock on door and card left to collect after 4pm. Went there at 4.15 once to be told that the courier hadn’t got back yet. Got passport photos taken then the next day they tried to tell me they weren’t acceptable.

Usually one of the worst and rudest staff of all times. But today I was served by a new staff member when I was sending a return post. I was so pleased to see a fresh face that is not arrogant or grumpy and actually friendly. Therefore I am raising this rating to 3 stars for now. Very pleased to see a new friendly face.
