I had two parcels posted from overseas. I received the first one but for the second one containing my overseas driving licence the postie could not find the address...... and they easily return it to sender .... how ever after several times following up the case .NOW I have the photo of the address on the parcel ... IT IS COMPLETE and in good hand writing ... IF you call the number 131318 no body will actually pick up the phone . unless you act with some tricks ... enter the numbers which is basically for payment affairs . you will be served as quick as possible . THE SYSTEM IS NOT RELIABLE AT ALL . You will waste your time and money . USE a private post service (TNT or DHL)

Worst. Service. Ever. The owner simply doesn't get it. Look at all the 1 star reviews solely due to customer service. I arrived early on a Monday morning to find the front door open, lights off and a man behind the counter on the phone. I simply peaked inside to ask if they were open since the front door was unlocked. He stayed on the phone, came to the front door and locked it in my face and walked away! Didn't look at me or have the decency to talk to me. Last time I'm using this post office. I'll redirect mail to another location further away if need be.

The worst opening times they could have. The phone never gets picked up. I reached just at 0530pm on thursday. Even by that time the door was locked. He was serving a customer inside. When he opened the door to let the customer out, I was shut out even before I could open my mouth. He said we are back tomorrow morning. The doors should be open up to 0530pm. Thursday is the only day when it is possible for me to go to Post office as it is open up to 0530pm. Saturdays and Sundays are closed. Absolutely rude service.

Man running this is incredibly rude and condescending. Tried sending off a parcel in a paper envelope and the man said that i couldn't use that envelope, as it was only for documents and paper, EVEN THOUGH i was paying extra to send as parcel and just using the envelope as packaging. Said i needed to send it in plastic packaging, except there are countless times i have sent and received packages in paper.

Always been a great experience at this post office. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. I’ve been coming here for over 4 years for parcels, document verification, etc. and have always got the best service. Probably the best Auspost Post Office I’ve dealt with so far compared the others in the area.

I went to the pennant hills post office to deliver a parcel to the US. but for Some unknown reason the parcel is now in the UK not in the USA?!!!? And can’t get a hold of AUS POST or the actual branch. I’m not a local to the area so makes it difficult to get there. This was an URGENT PARCEL.

Tried phoning 30min before closing because I needed to collect a very important letter, arrived 5min before closing (noted by the clock behind the counter) and was told "we're closed come back Monday" when explained tp staff that it's not 5 yet was told not my problem and walked off

I wish I could provide zero staff. I have visited this LPO a number of times in last one year and each time found that the staff are uncourteous, rude and extremely inefficient. All staff at this LPO needs to undergo a thorough training on customer support fundamentals.

Always a great experience at WPH post office. Post offices used to be somewhere I’d dread going; waiting in long queues and experiencing rude customer service and lost parcels. WPH post office is hands down the best post office I’ve experienced

I have recently moved to the area and this is now my local post office. I have been here twice now and their service have been fantastic both times I have come here! I have seen some bad reviews but never experienced this.

My wife has come here twice to pick up some packages and both times has come home on the verge of tears and full of stories of rude service. Will never go there again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else go there either.
