This is the worst post office. I had to leave work early to collect some parcels and was told I had to come back because my parcel 'hadn't been sorted' Interestingly enough she asked the 3 people in front of me to come back also however they rudely told her no and guess what! she found the parcels that 'hadn't been sorted' This staff member was more concerned about getting out on the dot rather than finishing a job. The most disappointing thing is that the lady was so rude and blunt to me even when I was polite and explained I'd left work early and I really needed these parcels as they were gifts. Maybe if I'd had the same attitude as the people in front of me I would have received my parcel. If my Parcel slip says its ready to pick up - it should be ready to pick up.

She treats me differently. Smiles and says Hi to everyone but every time she sees my face she literally SWITCHES personality and I’m not welcomed (the type of treatment you get from someone who hates their job, but it seemed like it was me she hated). We used to chat before and then she just decided I am stranger? Just because I’m a regular is that how I deserve to be welcomed from now on? You know who you are. Never coming back again. You’re an impatient intolerant person. Very bad and wrong of you. Hope you get what you deserve from life. It’s a give and take after all.

This review is specifically for the man with the green ring on his pinky. You are a really incapable employee of the post office. 1) the position that you do requires some form of customer service, which you have close to none, 2) you consistently ask customers for information that’s already provided to you, 3) you seem to never be able to find parcels even after ‘searching’ for it twice/thrice/etc making customers wait unnecessarily longer. This is a shame to this post office as they have a couple of lovely staff.

Terrible service. I had 2 parcels to collect yesterday, the man that attended to me was too inconvenienced to locate my second parcel and dismissed me. I was absolutely stunned at this man's reluctance to do a bit of searching to deliver the expected service (eg. what he is employed to do) and the manner in which he dismissed me. His colleague was helpful enough to get my second package. Its a bad reflection on how Australia Post educates, and / or selects the person they employ to deliver their service.

Shocking service ( what service) These people have no idea how to ran a post office and the lady yells at you , smashing more like it and tells you to leave the shop and the same treatment over the phone ( if they decide to pick up the phone) There are not cut out for this business and have caused me great cost in not receiving mail and packages. New owners are needed immediately Very rude very hard to deal with

They close at 5pm daily but won't answer their phone after 4.25pm. I lodged a 'Registered Post' item with them on Dec.31st 2021 and was not supplied with a 'tracking no' : the 'Registered' item has not arrived at it's destination and Australia Post HO cannot trace the item because I was never given a 'tracking no'. I paid my money and trusted these people, BIG MISTAKE!!

Worst post office I have been to. Huge queue while 3 staff members are chatting and laughing out the back. No regard for social distancing, calls a customer up while I am standing at the counter. Senior gentlemen serving was dismissive - could not even bother searching for an item on the computer when I had a tracking number. If you have a choice go to Windsor!

Wouldn't serve me for a passport application/photos despite this being literally advertised in their front window and in the description on Google provided by the owner! I deliberately went at a quiet time and was the only customer to three staff members behind the counter. Absolutely joke, and the customer service is always so rude too.

I receive less than 50% of my mail and that is being generous. They also send back mail that is correctly addressed all the time even though the address is literally written on my building. I can't wait to move so I never have to rely on them again. When it goes through the other post office in Prahran I receive everything.

Paid nearly $20 for some passport photos which were rejected by the Australian Passport Office due to low quality, despite coming back about a week later the woman who took the photos didn’t give me my money back and the man acted as if I was almost trying to scam them. DONT GO 4 PASSPORT PHOTOS, WILL BE REJECTED!

Worst post office I have been to ever been to travelling back to nsw posting a parcel to my family. Was treated very rudely and had next to no time for me or anyone else waiting.. Very unorganised will be making a official report to Australia post when I'm back in my home town Names will be reported

Wouldn't let me pay my power bill because it wouldn't scan. He wasn't scanning it properly and wouldn't enter the barcode manually. He also kept asking other customers for information they had already provided and was very impatient with a middle-aged woman.

I called in regards to a parcel that was awaiting pick up, and interacted with the most FOUL woman on the phone. She was almost screaming at me and then hung up on my face. They do not know what they are doing NOR care for customer service. Just appalling.

This post office is simply outstanding. Staff are respectful, courteous and go the extra mile for their patrons! They are accomodating, friendly and transactions are done in a very prompt manner. If you want efficient service and a pleasant

Owners are nice and competent. However, suggest to avoid going on a Saturday as the guy that started working the weekend shift recently is rude, incompetent, unreliable and easily the worst post office worker I've ever come across.

Terrible service. According to opening hours they were supposed to be open at 9am, attendant didn't arrive until 9:45am. Attendant can never find my parcels despite calling cards left.

I got excellent services, staff is friendly and very helpful. I did'n't know about parcel post things , but staff helped me to do all things. I got excellent sercive over-there.

The customer service is appalling. They are always rude, and the last time they could not find one of my packages they got angry at me and dismissed me without my package.

Rude and unhelpful in the extreme. Further, language issues make for very difficult communication. Top tip - walk down to Pran Central for prompt professional service.

The old owners were lovely but the new ones are absolutely amazing! I go there everyday for work & they are so quick & polite every single day. Best service ever!

Always come there as it is closest to my place. The lady there is always friendly and remembers all the customers. Helpful and smiling. No bad experience so far.
