Complete useless. They false update the system all the times as "delivery missed" but actually none of the delivery person attempt delivery. Despite reporting it to the post office and #AusPost, they keep repeating this practice. Useless and hopeless service. Cant imagine, it's "Australian Post" service. Wish I could rate it "0" star.

I would give the team at Quakers Hill post office 10/10 for customer service and willingness to listen and assist. I have always had a great experience at this post office and found everyone very helpful, friendly and respectful. Overall a very positive experience. I would highly recommend this post office.

Like the other comments here, horrible customer service. Got to the front desk to pick up a parcel, man just stared me plain in the face and asked me what I was expecting and for ID. It's not difficult to say a few words to have a nice interaction with a customer. Staff are much better at Stanhope.

Great friendly staff. I have something to pick up every week from here and I am never disappointed. Very organised and responsible. Highly recommend their services. Even though a small agency, I find them very efficient. I have been especially appreciative of their services during the COVID era.

I use this post office for both personal and business purposes and have always had a pleasant experience. When I was trying to locate some specialist stamps another post office wouldn’t assist me and the staff here took my details and contacted other areas to find. They are always helpful.

Rude service from the old lady at desk. She didn't seem to want to help me at all and ill treated all customers of non-caucasian backgrounds (extremely racist). The staff needs to change. The post office is also so dreary, hardly any light. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I went for getting my passport photos done and the staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. They did what I has asked for and also helped me with a couple of queries I had. I wish all the shops adopt their style of treating their customers.

I'm a local and frequently visit this post office. The staffs are always very nice and welcoming. They often go above and beyond to provide me with pleasant service. The parcels are handled properly and handed promptly.

I left a bit early from work to collect something and I got there at 5.50pm only to find out that the shutter was down already. It seems that they don't operate according to the times posted on Google.
