Attempted to lodge a passport application. Lady was so difficult. Refused to lodge application & sent me home to do another application as the check list had my husbands name & not my name on it. I attempted to suggest that the application was correct & this should not affect the application as we both appeared on the marriage certificate. I did not type another. I went to Eltham PO & they were nothing short of wonderful. They processed application with a huge friendly smile. Eltham could not believe what Research PO did to me. I don’t like giving poor reviews but this woman should not be processing passport applications with such a poor angry attitude. Passport application are a service to the community. I asked her name and she refused to give it to me & she also refused to release the business owners name. I believe she may have been the business owner which is very poor.

The new couple that have taken over in the past few months are absolutely delightful. They are always polite, energetic, and sort out any postal queries/services I might have quickly and efficiently. For a small LPO, there is an amazing range of cards for absolutely any occasion, and more room to address letters and parcels than in the much busier Eltham Post Office. One should ignore the other low-rating reviews for this site, as they likely either reference the old owners, (whom I admit were not particularly friendly at all) or are solely based on racial grounds. I always try to come to this LPO to support local business. Keep up the great work!

These lovely people went well out of their way to connect me with a parcel after it had been addressed to the wrong street number. Taking the time to recognise my name and ring the contact number on the delivery docket was over and above what would be expected in their job description.

Fantastic people running PO now. Great customer service. Always friendly and helpful. The man went above and beyond all the expectations when I went to renew my passport recently. I cannot thank him enough for his assistance

One of the sweetest AusPost owners I've run into during my package journey. They were always really sweet and even when we had to take about 50 photos for an official application they were patient and tried to help me out.

This Asian couple are the nicest poeple, and a lovely change from the previous owners. They are always very warm and friendly, and despite having to wear masks, they will always have a smile for you when you arrive

What is going on at this post office. My package just disappeared into thin air here as soon as it arrived. No further scans. Now out of pocket after paying over $30 for delivery for our clients.
