I sell a lot through eBay and prefer parcels lodged (to get a head start on tracking). This is my go to post office now. I've found actual Aus Post branches have snooty staff and it does my head in. This place is (not sure of correct term) like an Aus Post franchise? I think? The staff are so friendly and lovely. The main guy there (can't remember his name) always gives me a nod, hello and how are you. Such a good little post office. Plus it's not that busy and tons of parking out the front.

Have recently returned home from 20 years OS, and have been impressed with this shops service and happy disposition. But it was when I dealt with them as an Aus Post worker that most impressed. Regular driver was not available an diverted my route to do collections prior to Xmas. Both owners helped load the van and even bought me a drink as it was over 30 degrees. Highly recommend this business, and the kind people whom run it! ✔

Efficient, friendly and extremely community minded. Love visiting this post office - definitely the best in the area. Also have had no trouble getting through to them on the phone.

Wonderful friendly, helpful and competent customer service. Gellibrand is the go to post office in Reservoir. Reservoir post office staff are rude, unhelpful and incompetent.

Zero star customer service from male staff to help with large packages or assist with general enquiries. Avoid this place. 1 star for ease of parking

Very quiet little branch - you're almost always first or second in line! Quick in and out, plenty of parking, helpful staff.

Both times I’ve visited this office, staff have been friendly and assisted me with my parcels. Store is a little dated.
