Friendly staff, great service and when I was running a little late to collect my package I called them to see if it’s still possible to collect my package, and they said they’re happy to wait after hours for me to collect it. Also when I need to know something I’ll just ask them and they will answer and explain it to me .

Beware! This post office will scam you if you are using eftpos, instead of doing a normally eftpos transaction they will withdraw the amount owing out of your account and charge you $2.80 surcharge and it’ll show up as a ‘cash withdrawal’. I released this after noticing my receipt had my current bank balance on it.

Terrible service the Asian man Harry doesnt know what he is doing couldn't find my parcel he kept looking under the wrong name the asian woman found it in 2 secs but shes very rude the man needs training big time the previous owners were the best very helpful and pleasant shame they sold the business

Poor Customer service and seems like the owner doesn't want to help a customer at all. Make sure that you inform any companies not to redirect your parcels into this post office, if you can't treat your customers professionally..you shouldn't be in the business

Worst service Ive ever experienced, the man at the post office screamed in my face and refused to give me my package until I had called Australia Post and put an official complaint in about him. If you can choose to do your business somewhere else, please do.

I go there all the time, they're really nice, professional, friendly, get the job done. Never had a problem. Ps. Love how all the negative reviews mention that the owners are Asian. If you're not a racist, I'm sure you'll be fine with this local post office.

Went to collect a parcel , told can`t read the tracking # left by the postman due to his bad handwriting so can`t give us our parcel. Told them its not our fault and just got a blank face. Wasted our time and had to call Auspost to get the tracking #

Absolute worst customer service ever. Watched as they tried to argue with someone that their parcel wasn't there(it was). Then had them step away every 5 seconds in the middle of my transaction to serve people buying tatts tickets.

I've been going here for years to send packages and have always found them to be great; so much easier than the HQ PO on High Street. They're not super friendly but also not unfriendly, just doing their jobs and doing it well.

Opening hours not accurate. Currently states open till 5pm on a Saturday. Arrived at 1pm to a sign printed open until 12pm Saturdays. Please update your opening hours on Google so it’s accurate for your customers.

I have used this Post Office several times. All of the staff I have dealt with have been pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient; unlike my experiences at one of the other local post offices.
