The staff tends to hide inside their parcel room. I was taking my time after purchasing 3 parcel packs and all I needed yo do was to simply hand in the parcels and leave. But there was only one staff at the front and there was a line. I tried to ask if one of the staff could come out but they ignored me. I knew there was at least 3 more staff since they were at front when I was purchasing the parcel at the start. Ended up waiting in line for 20min. What's the point of purchasing parcel on the dat if I cannot post asap? I have to end up spending 40min in total to send some small parcels? Make a bucket for parcel deposit or something. Jesus the system is so poor and messy.

Line was out the door.Over 15mins just lining up. Covid limit of 8 people not enforced as about 12 plus staff in store. Only 2 people serving . Asked if I could also get cash out with my transaction which I was told yes. Wasn't told there was a $3 fee. Cash out with a purchase is free at every other location I have been too. I could've done what I went there for over the phone however I like to help keep retail workers in a job. Counter service was friendly . No apology about the wait. Sure you can't change the volume of people coming in, but at least have enough staff to use all you available tills.

Went to apply for a passport. All docs in order except the form which was slightly cut by the printer at home. Their printer was right there, and it was only 1 page which i would be happy to pay for, but no. I had to go back home, reprint the application, and then go to another shop (the Panania one) cuz i'm not going to them again. What kind of post shop refuses to print!!!

I order underwear from Myer to my work place open 7days 8am to 6pm. Hard to miss here but I think postman didn’t visit here and ask me to pick up at this post office. I visited and asked my ID I show the email from Myer with barcode and digital ID. They didn’t take these, Only original ID... the old lady She looks very upset and angry.. I don’t want to go again...

PO BOX - I always have other peoples mail in my PO BOX. Does that mean my mail is also going into the wrong box? Very disappointed about this. I pay money for my PO Box and expect to get my moneys worth. Customer Service - One rude staff member but everyone else is okay however a bit slow at POS and need to be trained on product knowledge.

Went to hand in a passport application, which after waiting for 15 mins in line they refused to accept. The printed pages had some lines across from the printer which they said the passport office will reject. Took the same form to a different post office and they accepted. Not planning to go there again.

I visit this post office often and every time I do the caucasian women who I assume is the manager is constantly talking down to staff and customers. She should be made aware of her superiority complex. The rest of the staff are always so lovely and helpful though!

Staff are friendly but very slow. A lot of elderly customers walk in here and they really love a long un-necessary chat. It becomes quite frustrating when you’re waiting for 30mins and can hear some ones life story unfold as you wait.. lack of urgency.

There is maybe 1 rude staff but overall I like the service there with the other staff. Even the postman that delivers my mail is very nice friendly so I would have to rate this as a positive review.

Huge store in Revesby, located just behind Woolworths Revesby. There are plenty of car parks outside the store. There might be a long queue during the current covid situation though.

Always taking care of me , great service and awesome staff . However COVID safety is lacking I saw a customer with no mask and no one checking if everyone is checking in at the door.

it is an absolute joke that you cant call the post office directly instead you have to call 131318 and stay on hold for hours a direct phone number is required

The usual range of products and services are available here. While there is sometimes a queue at the counter, the wait is usually not too long.

Manager rejected my sons passport 3 times, incredibly insensitive and very unprofessional with a delicate situation. Worth the drive elsewhere

Great post office with huge amount of private boxes. Shop is big and Spacey and staff is very helpful. Great store never to busy either!
