Had to apply for a school. Asked them to search up the address as the letter did not show me the address. They refused and when I came back, they had told me that they were closing early. If I had not went to Vic Gardens, I would not have been in that top priority school. Very disappointed.

I would give none if I could. Didn't give me the two parcels - had to go back two days later when I was next free. Never answer the phone. Always a long line. Very slow to find packages. Wish my parcels didn't always end up here. Always dread coming to this PO.

Since moving to the area I have found that this Post Office, who are responsible for the parcel deliveries in the area, never bother to attempt to make deliveries nor do they leave cards for collection.

Staff here have been very generous in holding items for me which I have had delivered here through the parcel collect option Australia Post gives customers. I'm very grateful for all their assistance!
