I would never again go to this office for a passport application. After checking my application, the man signed it off, only to then tell me he wouldn't accept it after he noticed my disabled son could not sign the form (I signed an 'X' as per instructions on the form). He told me I needed medical forms as proof. I commented that nowhere on the form or website does it mention this. His reply was 'well they can't include everything'. I left upset and called the passport office twice to confirm what I had to do. They were horrified by what had happened and they explained that I just needed to sign a B11 declaration that the PO should have provided me with. They told me that the PO should know this and need re-training if they don't. I had no choice but to go back and get the form from them as they had already signed it. When I returned, the other man there then told me that the people at the passport office 'don't know what they're talking about'! Nonetheless, he gave me the declaration form which I completed and signed and they finally accepted the application. The application went through without a hitch and 10 days later I received his passport. The passport office DO know what they are talking about.

I came in to receive a package, and first of all, the customer service was absolutely atrocious. There is a worker there that is extremely rude with me, and didn’t even bother to check whether my parcel had come in or not. Instead, they blatantly shoved in my face that it hadn’t arrived yet, and that they told me to come back after 4:00 pm, or tomorrow. I came in at 3:55, to wait until 4:00, and instead was serviced by another worker. While the other worker was checking my documents, the rude worker was still shouting at me, saying that my parcel hadn’t come in yet. What happened next, was my parcel being handed to me by the other worker. Rude staff, bad service, don’t want to come here ever again.

I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS POST OFFICE AGAIN. JUST A WASTE OF TIME. PLEASE WHERE CAN WE REPORT AS CUSTOMERS TO HAVE THESE ASIAN UNDER TRAINED PEOPLE REMOVED FROM THIS !!NORTH RINGWOODPOST OFFICE ASAP.!!!!!!!!

so i walk in and i was just trying to get a package. i had no sort of id cause i was 12 and the man was just extremely rude. i showed him the email i got witch had the address of where i had to go so i thought i had the right place. he then yelled at me for going to the wrong place and wasting his time so i ask where am i supposed to go and he said 2 stores down in such a rude and sour tone. i was just trying to get my package.

This is the most unhelpful Grumpy old men I have ever had to deal with. Not just the first time they are unhelpful. They are always grumpy, never want to help you, you will not see us back into your shop again. If you don't want your day ruined by unhelpful grumpy men, go to any other post office but Ringwood North.-10 for your service -20 for happines Not even worth the one star but it wouldn't except 0 rating

I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service at this post office after all the bad reviews that I came across before going there. The boy at the counter was very helpful and quick. I went there to print few documents and it was so easy especially in covid restrictions when everywhere else the printing is click and collect and takes some time to get ready.

Simply awful service. Waited in line for 30 minutes only to be told had to fill out a form and come back and need to pick out a parcel. Clearly understaffed. Staff response was rude when I asked about helping me with selection as I haven't done this in a long time. Don't come here if you don't want your time wasted. Would give zero stars if possible.

Sam and Viv offer exceptional customer service. They are friendly, have warm smiles, they’re patient and interested in their customers. Great Customer Service and really friendly and helpful people. I used this Post Office cause I couldn’t be bothered with going through the hassle of the Eastland’s Post Office. Not only was it a super-fast, but the owners there are really helpful and enjoy greeting/meeting people. Outstanding and thank you for the help.

Have used this post post office to pickup parcels and packages that have not be delivered to our addresses. No issues with the people behind the counter and they where very helpful even when I did not have the parcel document. Always checked for ID so the parcel was not given to the wrong person. No issue at all.

Friendly staff and excellent service. We travel extensively and when we get home our mail is in a bag waiting for us. I go up to the counter with a parcel collection card and they know who I am. Anyone who has complained about this post office needs to get a life or take their business to another post office.

Just plain rude from the start of conversation. ZERO Star if i can. The person I spoke to knew he was rude too. When I asked him what his name was? He went, quote "Don't worry about it" and hang up. This is exactly the reason why Aust Post are losing customers.

Always easy to deal with. It’s a busy little shop so I think people just need to be a little more organized and not so delicate reading some of these reviews..... I’ve used them many times and always pleased.

I have been in this post office a few times and every time I come here I wish I went to another one. Unfortunately this is very close to where I live. The staff are extremely unfriendly and sometimes rude.

Wouldn't go there if not for it being the closest to home. Not competent to help in other services such as certifying documents. Staff never smiles, and never apologises when they get it wrong.
