The worst service I’ve ever received as a customer. I preordered an iPhone 11 which wasn’t available to pick it up in any offical Apple Store by the time I decided to buy it, but Apple had the option to collect it in this Australia Post office, so I thought it was gonna be the same customer experience and I just went for it. After a couple of days, I was notified by a text message that my iPhone was ready to pick up, so I went to the post office and I was attended by a non-qualified woman in her sixties who made me waste my time for around 40 minutes. First, she told me that my iphone was delivered in another location, then she told me to come back the next day cuz she had no idea what to do or where to look for it and at the end she found it in the back, blaming the driver who delivered it and not putting in “the place he had to”. It was such a bad day and not a great experience at all. So if you can avoid this post office, you’ll thank me in the future. Australia Post should hire qualified people only and train its staff to manage expensive and/or important packages of its customers properly.

Agree with the other review, old Indian lady working on 19/09/23 at around 1pm was so darn rude. Whilst taking my passport photo payment didn't even acknowledge I was asking her a question and completely ignored me, when I asked again she just looked at me, pushed her computer screen around for me to confirm my email address (as I asked for digital) and asked for payment. What the hell is she doing in customer service acting as if a customer is an inconvenience to her, better yet please retire.

Older Indian lady was extremely rude. My friend sent me a package that was meant to be delivered to Coogee and supposedly had the incorrect address and was delivered here. She insisted that it was in a parcel locker which it wasn’t. She was super rude and unhelpful. She said she will check with someone tomorrow (I live in Coogee so coming into the city was already out of my way) and will call me if the “box lady” remembers where she saw it. What a joke.

The Indian woman was so rude. My parcel was in the post office not in the parcel locker. And I explained her and showed my email as well, but she just ignored what I am saying. She talked to her colleague and check the parcel locker with me. After her colleague got my parcel I let her know it was in the post office but she didn’t apologize about her mistake which was very disrespectful . Other staff is so nice and kind though.

I've been in 3 times in 2 days to do a passport application and the staff have been incredibly helpful and speedy. I made a mistake on my form and they were really helpful even though there wasn't much they could do to 'fix' my own mistake. Never had to wait more than 1 minute, and one of my visits was at about 12:20pm to get passport photos which they did really quickly. 2 thumbs up from me. Thanks to the guys working there.

I am a regular at this Post office and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They go over-and-above to help me with whatever I need. I also like this post office because you normally get served quite quickly. As a small business owner, I have been a customer at many post offices in the past, but this one is by far the best.

Parcel Locker IS 24hrs BUT….to find the code to open the door to PO Boxes area to the left of the main entrance, you have to use the AusPost app and tap the “open parcel locker” option for your package and then there’s an extra info option that will give you the code to open the outside door (to the left around the corner)

Experienced worst service today from the lady, not sure if she is Indian or not until I jumped on the google reviews and see if everyone visit here have the same issues. Rude, unhelpful and disrespectful to the customers. We came here and paid for the service not to beg for her service.

It's a post office. Usually helpful, sometimes friendly. Occasionally not helpful and unfriendly (e.g. one time asked me to fill in an address form online, and it didn't work twice so had to do it on paper a 3rd time). Were good with my passport application though.

The parcel locker is NOT 24 hour access as stated on the aus post website. I attended on a Thursday night and the doors were closed. Aside from that I’ve had passport photos taken here and no problems.

Took one passport photo here super fast (finish in two minutes) but not nice at all. The photographer is not professional nor friendly. I have to go to other shops to take another one. Just waste money

General speaking, the staffs are friendly and politely. But not PROFESSIONAL about passport photo taking. The light is dark and they are not sure the size of photo (for foreign passport)

Glen helped me out when buying a phone charger ! I didnt know exactly what charger I needed but Glen went the extra mile to find out for me and was really friendly and helpful !

We live locally and this is our local Post Office. The staff, especially the manager, go above and beyond to look after us, and are always so lovely and helpful.

Worst post office I’ve been too. 2 min job took her 10 min and yes her English is good but unfortunately understand English wasn’t. Won’t go back there again.

It took more than 1.5 hours to set up P.O. Box and redirection and over 3 staffs, super slow and not professional. Allow yourself enough time.

Super patient with me buying a ton of stamps for postcards and wanting some stamps to collect but not knowing which ones!
